Johnny Cash Tribute Concert
Relive History And Look To The Future in LaFayette, GA. On August 13, 1970, Johnny Cash performed a benefit concert in LaFayette, which attracted more than 12,000 people. The concert raised $75,000 (almost a half million today) to pay off the debt for Lafayette High School’s football stadium. On Aug. 10, 2019, experience the vintage look and incredibly authentic sound as Johnny Cash Now Gates open at 6 p.m. Food and art vendors will be onsite. Tickets are $5 @ Ross Abdney Complex


Timber Roots Music Festival at Lula Lake
Festival goers will be able to sample local foods, beer, enjoy music and get to explore the 800 acre core preserve. A ticket includes your entrance to the festival and lets you wander around the trails and the lake. Money raised from tickets goes back into the trust to help preserve the area for future use. Tickets $35- $125 August 10th at 2pm
