Wet Nose Wednesday
Happy Wet Nose Wednesday as we wake up next to our Wet Nose fur-friends, did you know people who sleep with their pets in their bedroom actually sleep better! Mayo Clinic did a study and found people who slept with their pets either in the room with them or in the bed with them actual slept better than the contrary belief that having a pet roam around might disturb sleep. Their researches say, “Most people assume having pets in the bedroom is a disruption. We found that many people actually find comfort and a sense of security from sleeping with their pets.” If you have pets at home or are looking for a furever companion the two pets we have highlighted today will fit into your home just puurrrfectly.
This sweet girl with the big smile is B. She’s a 3-year-old Lab/Terrier mix. B has been at the shelter way longer than any dog should be. She is super sweet, loving, loyal, and affectionate with people. She’s not really those things with small animals, though, and it has kept her from getting a forever home. B loves to go for walks, play in the kiddie pool, hang out with her loved ones, play in the kiddie pool, run with some of her select doggy pals in play groups, play in the kiddie pool . . . you get the picture! B does have some canine friends, but she can be selective. She does like to be the leader of the pack, so she’ll need a meet and greet with any other dogs in the family. B can’t wait to get out of the shelter and into her forever home. Come meet her today!

Mom has several kitty friends that she likes to gossip with, so she would probably enjoy a home where she has some feline pals. She’s such an outgoing, friendly, entertaining girl that she will make someone a wonderful pet. Come adopt her today from the Humane Educational Society.
