Join the Pride of the Southland Band for a spirited chorus of “Rocky Top” on Friday, when the University of Tennessee at Knoxville marching band makes its stop in town on the way to the Tennessee-Alabama football game. The band starts at noon at AT&T Field.

The annual Boo in the Zoo is a family friendly celebration filled with some of your most loveable cartoon characters, trick-or-treat stations, costume contests, pony rides, games, inflatables, and much more! Ketner’s Mill Country Arts & Crafts Fair is two days packed with unique arts & crafts, delicious southern-style foods, live music, and activities for the whole family. Step back in time to see the old mill churn out freshly ground cornmeal, pet farm animals, and see blacksmiths, woodworkers, and other artisans demonstrate their craft. Admission $7.00. Chickamauga Pumpkin Festival & Monster Mash Block Party
Benefiting the Chickamauga Community Growth Association, come enjoy and all day Party in the historic streets of Chickamauga featuring Arts & Crafts, food, music and over 80 vendors .Join in the cornhole tournament or dress up your pet for the costume contest from 10am-12pm. Get the Kids registered for the costume contest by 4pm and then take them trunk or treating. Put your own dancing shoes on to compete in the Thriller dance off at 7pm. Paws in the Park
Join the Humane Educational Society in downtown Chattanooga at Ross’s Landing Park Saturday, October 19th for the 17th annual Paws in the Park! You don’t want to miss the dog and human costume contest after the walk! Prizes will be handed out for best dog/kid costume, best dog costume, and best adult/dog costume. New this year is the dog cake-eating contest and you can take part in the “Tennis Ball Toss”, Don’t have a furry friend of your own but still want to participate in the walk? You can rent a shelter pet for the day and you’ll both love getting out and spending the afternoon together. Registration begins at 10 am and the dog walk starts at 11 am.
