P Allen Smith and Tim Holcomb
This past week, Susie and I traveled to our nation's capital to attend the meeting of Independent Garden Centers. One of the mornings we had the opportunity of having breakfast with P Allen Smith and we discussed his collection of Proven Winner plants. P Allen Smith is the host of the PBS show "Garden Style" and a fourth-generation horticulturalist. Holcombs offer many of these through out the year and if you click on our picture you can see the whole collection. Check it out, there are lots of great tips and ideas in it.
If you look closely you can almost see fall from here!
