Magical Mayheim
Join the Creative Discovery Museum for Club Discovery starting September 8th through October 12th at the museum. This free after school program is for ages 8 to 12 years old every Tuesday from 5:30pm-7:30pm. In keeping with the magical theme, children will have various activities including making potions, magic tricks,magical foods, castle building and more. Reservations are needed for the program and can be made by calling Nancy at (423) 648-6045 or Beth at (423) 648-6040.
Taste of Hamilton Place
The 2nd Annual Taste of Hamilton Place will be September 12 from 7pm to 9pm. Ticket holders will meet chefs and sample a variety of different dishes from area restaurants. All proceeds from this event benefit T.C. Thompson Children's Hospital. Ticket prices are $35 for adults and $10 for children age 5 to 12 and can be purchased at tasteofhamiltonplace.com or at the mall tourist center.
Becky Cooke Smith Memorial Golf Tournament

Durham Mine Site Fossil Dig
CNC Naturalist, Kyle Waggener, will conduct a fossil Dig on November 20th from 10 am to 1 pm at Lula Lake Land Trust. This is the best site for fern fossils.
