Sunny 92.3 Spring Into Cash $5K Giveaway Contest Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary.
2. One contest winner per household may win one prize valued 100 dollars or greater per 60 days on WDEF, WDOD, WUUQ or WXCT
3. One contest winner per household may win one prize valued 99 dollars or less per 60 days WDEF, WDOD or WUUQ.
4. Must be 18 or older to enter.
5. This contest is a national sweepstakes conducted by Second Street. Contestants may enter from April 21, 2025 at 1:01 am EDT to May 21, 2025 at 12:59 am EDT. To enter, contestants must listen to WDEF-FM (Sunny 92.3) and visit www.sunny923.com and enter in a keyword on the Sunny 5K  contest page.
6. Each entry will be eligible for the national sweepstakes grand prize and be eligible for the local weekly prizes. There will be five total weekly prizes awarded by WDEF-FM (Sunny 92.3).
7. Prize 1: two Jonas Brothers Tickets in Nashville, TN, approximate value $200, Prize 2: four tickets to Dollywood, approximate value $320, Prize 3: 2 tickets to Bonnaroo, approximate value $1000, Prize 4: 2 tickets to Shakira in Atlanta, GA, approximate value $200, Prize 5: two tickets to the Jonas Brothers in Knoxville, TN, approximate value $250.
8. Weekly grand prize drawing will occur at 8:20 am EDT on April 25, 2025, May 2, 2025, May 9, 2025, May 16, 2025, May 20, 2025. Weekly drawings will include entrants from WDOD-FM and will occur at 2615 Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN, 37408. Contestants need not be present to win.
9. One (1) National Sweepstakes prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for this National Sweepstakes. The drawing will take place Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 11am CT. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
10. By participating in the contest, the winner consents to the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice for promotion and/or advertising purposes in connection with this contest, WDEF and its sponsors.
11. Grand Prize will be awarded by Second Street Media INC (below rules). WDEF nor Bahakel Communications nor Jackson Telecasters will be responsible for awarding the grand prize of $5,000.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions will be made unless the original prize is unavailable.
13. All winners hold WDEF and participating sponsors harmless for any injury, illness or malady caused by participating in and or winning a prize or prizes as part of any contest.
14. Jackson Telecasters Inc employees, WDEF of Chattanooga, Inc. employees, their immediate families, and any promotional advertising sponsors are prohibited from winning this contest.
15. The decision of WDEF shall be final, including matters not specifically addressed in these rules. 
16. Contests are void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law and are subject to all federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations.
17. WDEF is not responsible for misdialed or misdirected telephone numbers or websites.  Furthermore, WDEF shall not be held responsible in the event that a contest may not be conducted due to natural or unnatural circumstances.
18. Prizewinners are responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes that apply to prizes individually, or collectively with prizes awarded in the same calendar year from WDOD-AM/FM, WDEF-AM/FM, and/or WUUQ-FM.
19. Winner must provide his or her Social Security number and must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release and Waiver of All Liability against the Station, its sponsors, employees and affiliated companies for any injury or loss which may occur from the contestant’s participation in the contest or from the use of any prize which is awarded. Winner must also sign a W-9 form if required.
20. WDEF reserves the right to investigate fraudulent claims of winning as well as deny prize awards for violation of any contest rules.
21. WDEF is not responsible for prizes that are or may become damaged, or unavailable.
22. All written entries (if applicable) must be legible and must include the contestant’s full name, address, phone number, and age. WDEF and its sponsors are not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, damaged, improperly filled out, misdirected in the mail, misdirected on the internet, or misdirected texts.  
23. All prizes must be claimed within two weeks of winning, or prior to showtimes for live performance prizes.
24. Prizes not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and become property of WDEF.
