Patti Sanders

Patti Sanders has hosted the Sunny 92.3 midday show since 1997, and she loves her job more every day. From playing the best variety of music, to updating Chattanooga with important weather and traffic information, her love of what she does is obvious to her listeners.

Patti feels the most special part of radio is having a friend at the touch of a button, and that is her goal on her midday show. From helping listeners with crossword puzzles on the phone, to keeping in touch on social media, and sharing the latest entertainment stories, it’s always a busy day on the air.She has a special relationship with clients, and is proud to have been an on-air spokesperson for Cracker Barrel, Sono Bello, Unclaimed Property, Comcast, Arby’s, and others over the past three decades.

Patti turned her 2011 breast cancer diagnosis into a lifelong commitment to ending the disease. You’ll find her at the annual Chattanooga Breast Cancer Walk, and she holds monthly meetings with other survivors, so they can share their journey.Patti volunteers at her church, and her family fosters kittens for the local Humane Society. Patti is grateful every day for the chance to be a positive light on the Chattanooga airwaves, and says her biggest compliment is when listeners call to say “I love listening to you, because I can hear your smile”.
