The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, expressed his gratitude to Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher for their support on Sunday (March 20th).

".@aplusk & Mila Kunis were among the first to respond to our grief. They have already raised $35 million & are sending it to @flexport & @Airbnb to help Ukrainian refugees," he posted to Twitter.

"Grateful for their support. Impressed by their determination. They inspire the world. #StandWithUkraine," he added, along with a photo of himself in a video chat with the couple.

Kunis and Kutcher posted to Instagram last week announcing that they'd reached their fundraising goal. "We are overwhelmed with gratitude for your support. 2 weeks ago we asked you to join us and more than 65,000 of you stepped up and donated what you could. Now, with your help we have reached our $30 million goal."

"Our work is not done," they added. "We will do everything we can to ensure that the outpouring of love that came as a part of this campaign finds maximum impact with those in need."

AMY SCHUMER SAYS SHE TRIED TO GET VOLODYMYR ZELENSKYY TO APPEAR AT THE OSCARS

Amy Schumer told Drew Barrymore on an upcoming episode of Barrymore's talk show that she tried to get Volodymyr Zelenskyy to appear at the 2022 Oscars via satellite or with a pre-taped segment. Though she's hosting the event alongside Regina Hall and Wanda Sykes, Schumer said, "I am not afraid to go there, but it's not me producing the Oscars."

The Life & Beth actress continued, "I think there is definitely pressure in one way to be like, ‘This is a vacation, let people forget we just want to have this night,' but it is like, ‘Well we have so many eyes and ears on this show.'"

"I think it's a great opportunity to at least comment on a couple of things. I have some jokes that kind of highlight the sort of current condition. I mean, there are so many awful things happening that it seems hard to focus on which one," she added.

CHRISSY TEIGEN COMMENTS ON BEING SOBER DURING AWARDS SEASON: Chrissy Teigen is opening up about navigating awards season as a sober individual. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the Chrissy's Court star said, "These things are very weird for me, because I'm so used to getting so hammered at these things … Awards season, I very much connect to enjoying yourself and having champagne, but I also connected with those feelings of immense regret or stupid moments." Teigen celebrated six months of sobriety in January of this year. "So, the sobriety journey is fun, we'll see if I'm gonna make it through this awards season with nothing," she said. Teigen also shared that she finished her latest round of IVF treatments, after announcing last month that she and her husband, John Legend, are trying to have another baby. The pair suffered a pregnancy loss in 2020.

JENNA JAMESON CLARIFIES THAT SHE ISN'T PARALYZED: According to People, former adult film star, Jenna Jameson, is trying to regain her ability to walk. "I am slowly but surely building back strength. I am walking around — with a walker. My legs have lost a lot of muscle so I am busy trying to build it back. This has been not only physically taxing but I think, more than that, just really mentally challenging. Very mentally challenging." She added, "As you can see, yes, I'm able to move my legs. I'm not paralyzed. I am just dealing with extreme muscle weakness. Some issues with my left femoral nerve."

"People started talking about my age and that sort of thing ten years ago," he said. "As you get older, people start saying, ‘Ah, you're still young.' And then there's this age where they go, Really? … It just doesn't matter. You can be 30 years old and live an amazingly exciting, interesting, fulfilling life, or you can be 60 and having a crisis."

DOLLY PARTON TO STAR IN RUN, ROSE, RUN: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Dolly Parton, Reese Witherspoon, and James Patterson are teaming up for a feature film adaptation of Run, Rose, Run. The book, written by Parton and Patterson, is about a young woman who moves to Nashville to pursue her dreams as a musician. It was released on March 7th and reached No. 1 on The New York Times best-seller list.

MEDICAL DRAMA THE FRONT LINE IS IN THE WORKS AT ABC: Deadline reports that a new medical drama called The Front Line is in the works at ABC. The show is produced by Good Morning America's Michael Strahan and is written and executive produced by The Resident's Marc Halsey. The show is centered around a professional football player who decided to start over and become a doctor.

CHRISTINA RICCI JOINS NETFLIX'S WEDNESDAY: According to TVLine, Christina Ricci is returning to the Addams Family franchise by joining Netflix's Wednesday as a series regular. Ricci won't be returning to the role of Wednesday, however. She will be playing a whole new character instead.

DANIELA MELCHIOR JOINS THE CAST OF FAST AND FURIOUS 10: Deadline reports that The Suicide Squad actress Daniela Melchior will be joining Universal's Fast and Furious 10. The cast lineup so far includes Jason Momoa, Vin Diesel, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Michelle Rodriguez and Sung Kang.

On Sunday (March 20th), West Side Story actress Rachel Zegler revealed that she doesn't have a ticket to the Oscars. Fans were shocked to hear the news, especially since the film is up for so many awards this year, and she is the leading actress.

An Instagram user commented on a series of photos Zegler posted recently, writing, "Can't wait to see what you'll be wearing on Oscar night." Zegler responded, "i'm not invited so sweatpants and my boyfriend's flannel."

She continued, "Idk y'all, I have tried it all, but it doesn't seem to be happening. I will root for ‘West Side Story' from my couch and be proud of the work we so tirelessly did three years ago. I hope some last minute miracle occurs and I can celebrate our film in person, but hey, that's how it goes sometimes, I guess. Thanks for all the shock and outrage – I'm disappointed too. But that's okay. So proud of our movie."

West Side Story is up for a number of Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director.

Lenny Kravitz and Jason Momoa have quite the bromance. On Saturday (March 19th), Kravitz posted a photo of himself with the Aquaman actor on their respective motorcycles. He captioned the post, "Ride or die. Brothers for life."

Kravitz and Momoa both married The Cosby Show actress Lisa Bonet at different points in time. Kravitz was married to Bonet from 1987 to 1993, and together they had their daughter, Zoe Kravitz.

Bonet got together with Momoa in 2005, but the pair announced their separation in January of this year. Despite this, Us Weekly reports that Bonet was spotted wearing her wedding ring a few days ago.

Zoe commented on Lenny's post, "Well isn't this just adorable. Love you both so much. @prideofgypsies." Her boyfriend, Channing Tatum, also liked the post.

The Game of Thrones actor commented, "Love u bro. Ohana for life," adding two black hearts.

At the 33rd annual Producers Guild Awards Saturday (March 19th), Simon Rex told People he "wasn't allowed" to keep the prosthetic penis he wore for Red Rocket. Rex let the world know that he was wearing a prosthesis during the nude scene in the film while accepting the award for Best Male Lead at the Independent Spirit Awards.

"I just had fun with it, and me and Sean Baker ... we agreed that we were going to keep it mysterious, and not say whether or not that was really me naked," he said. "And at that point, after we won the Spirit Award, I said, 'It's time to tell people.' We did this for eight months. We somehow got away with it for eight months. It was just time to let people know."

"I finally had to let it be known," he added.

Rex said that the prop "will be in a museum one day." When asked if he would donate it to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles, he said, "I like that idea."

SIMON REX REFUSED $70,000 OFFER TO SAY HE SLEPT WITH MEGHAN MARKLE

In a recent interview with The Guardian, Red Rocket actor Simon Rex said several U.K. tabloids offered him $70,000 to say he was intimate with Meghan Markle while she was still working as an actress.

Rex and Markle both appeared on a 2005 episode of Cuts, but they only ever went to a platonic lunch together.

"I was broke as f—! I really needed the money … But I'll be on food stamps before I do that," he told the publication.

Markle sent him a thank you note for choosing to be honest, which he has framed in his Joshua Tree home. "She said: 'It's nice to know there are still good people,'" Rex told The Guardian.

Audiences are heading out to theaters to see The Batman. According to Deadline, the new Warner Bros. film is third in line when it comes to third weekends at the box office, pulling in $36.8 million. The film is behind Dark Knight at $42.6 million and Wonder Woman at $41.2 million.

Two days after her Instagram account mysteriously disappeared, Britney Spears is back on the platform. She disabled the account last week and some fans were concerned as to what happened.

Her first posts back included a movie throwback showing off her Clueless look. She was wearing a velour miniskirt paired with a white crop top with puffy sheer sleeves, clearly inspired by the preppy style of Alicia Silverstone's character.

One curious repost was video of a baby moving around its mom's pregnant belly, with the caption "Mommy … get me out of here."

No explanation for her disappearance was given.

MAURY ENDS AFTER 31 YEARS: People reports that, after 31 years on the air, the talk show Maury is coming to a close. Original episodes are set to air through September, and the show will live on in syndication in the future. Host Maury Povich told TVLine in a statement, "Six years ago when I was ready to retire, my NBCUniversal family asked me to continue the show. Even though I told them I was ready for assisted living, out of loyalty to NBCUniversal and my more than 100 staff and crew members, Tracie Wilson and I agreed to one more deal. JOHN CLAYTON DIES AT 67: According to People, NFL reporter for ESPN John Clayton died on Friday (March 18th) at the age of 67, following a brief illness. ESPN's Chris Mortensen wrote in a tweet that Clayton died "peacefully," adding, "We loved John. We are mourning his loss."

ANIMATION GUILD MEMBERS RALLY IN BURBANK: According to Deadline, several hundred members of Animation Guild rallied in Burbank, California, on Sunday (March 20th) to demand a fair contract with Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers. Signs at the rally read, "New deal 4 animation" and "Cartoons are serious business," while the Animation Guild members chanted, "New contract, new deal," and "TAG United will never be defeated."

PRODUCERS GUILD AWARDS WINNERS ANNOUNCED: Deadline reports that on Saturday night (March 19th), the 33rd annual Producers Guild Awards were held at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. CODA won the Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures, signaling that the film could take home Best Picture at the Oscars.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have reached their goal of raising $30 million to help Ukraine amid Russia's Invasion.

The couple expressed their gratitude in a video on Instagram and wrote, "While this is far from a solution for the problem, our collective effort will provide a softer landing for so many people as they forget ahead into their future of uncertainty. Our work is not done, which is why we are raising the goal to $40 million."

Earlier this month, they pledged to match up to $3 million worth of donations to Airbnb.org and Flexport.org through GoFundMe.org in an effort to raise $30 million for the refugees fleeing Ukraine.

Arnold Schwarzenegger addressed the Russian people in a Twitter video about Vladimir Putin's "illegal war" on Thursday (March 13th).

The former California governor said, "I know that your government has told you that this is a war to denazify Ukraine. Denazify Ukraine? This is not true. Ukraine is a country with a Jewish president, a Jewish president I might add whose father's three brothers were all murdered by the Nazis. You see, Ukraine did not start this war. Neither did nationalists or Nazis. Those in power in the Kremlin started this war. This is not the Russian people's war."

In addition to praising Russian protesters, he also addressed the country's troops directly, saying, "To the soldiers who are listening to this, remember that 11 million Russians have family connections to Ukraine, so that every bullet that you shoot, you shoot a brother or a sister. Every bomb or every shell that falls is falling not on an enemy, but it falling on a school or a hospital or a home."

During an interview with Good Morning America, Wendy Williams gave an update on her health. Wendy is back in New York but she wasn't able to go on camera for the conversation. She said, "Health is very well. And I've actually had a few appointments. You know, I'm 57 but now. And I've got the mind and body of a 25-year-old."

She also spoke on her battle with Wells Fargo. As previously reported, Wendy's financial adviser Lori Schiller made an allegation that Wendy was "of unsound mind" and the bank requested a conservatorship because it believes Wendy is the victim of undue influence and financial exploitation." The host has denied this allegation.

She said, "Well, you know, when people want control of their accounts, they say anything including something crazy like that about me."

She continued, "They say that I need somebody to handle my account and I don't want that. I want all my money. I want to see all my money that I've worked hard for my entire life. My entire life. I don't lie. I don't cheat and I don't steal. I am an honest, hard-working person."

Wendy also spoke on returning to television, saying, "This is what I would love to say to my Wendy watchers: Keep watching because I'm going to be back on the Wendy show bigger and brighter than ever. Give me about three months. There are private things that I have to deal with and then I'll be ready to come back and be free and ready to do my thing."

Lady Gaga finally accepted the Best Actress award from the New York Film Critics Circle Wednesday (March 16th) night.

In a tearful, three-minute speech, the House of Gucci star thanked the organization for recognizing her and the women in her family who influenced her performance.

According to The New York Post, Gaga addressed her mother in the audience and said, "My Italian grandmothers, they taught me how to be tough, how to have endurance. My Italian mother, you taught me how to be fearless. And you taught me never to take ‘no' for an answer, or if somebody said ‘no,' you taught me to go find someone that says ‘yes.' And my sister, since we were young, and even now, when we talk she always reminds me that I always have to find a way to be brave."

Melissa Gorga announced on her podcast Thursday (March 17th) that she is "fine with" not being a part of Teresa Giudice's bridal party.

Gorga, who is married to Giudice's brother Joe, admitted in the newest episode of On Display that she first heard the news on Watch What Happens Live Tuesday (March 15th).

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star said, "I mean, if she's having Louie's sisters, well then, I guess that makes perfect sense for Teresa. I wish her nothing but happiness. Danny Strong tells Even Ross Katz in his new book, Into Every Generation a Slayer Is Born: How ‘Buffy' Staked Our Hearts, that although he had a "positive experience" working on the former WB and UPN drama, "These stories, they're sort of atypical in creating this petty, almost high-school-like environment in pitting the pretty girls all against each other. TOM HIDDLESTON AND ZAWE ASHTON ARE ENGAGED: Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton are engaged. Rumors started swirling about the couple over the weekend after Ashton appeared at the 2022 British Academy Film Awards with a sparkling ring on her left hand. People confirmed Thursday (March 17th) that the couple, who began dating after starring in the 2019 play Betrayal together, is set to wed.

'DERRY GIRLS' SEASON 3 TRAILER DROPS: Derry Girls will return to Netflix for its third and final season after three long years. A trailer released on Thursday (March 17th) shows Erin and the gang back at Our Lady Immaculate College for another year. The official premiere date has not yet been released.

AMAZON WORKING ON DR. SEUSS-THEMED BAKING SHOW: Deadline reported Thursday (March 17th) that a Dr. Seuss-themed baking competition is in the works at Amazon. The streamer is developing an unscripted series that will see some of America's best bakers crafting cakes inspired by characters from The Grinch, The Cat in the Hat and other popular works by the beloved children's author.

'THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT' SEASON 2 TO DROP NEXT MONTH: HBO Max has released the first teaser for the second season of The Flight Attendant. When the show premieres on Thursday, April 21st, it will pick up one year after the events from Season 1, with Cassie Bowden (Kaley Cuoco) moonlighting as a CIA asset.

SHARON OSBOURNE ANNOUNCES NEW GIG: One year after leaving The Talk, Sharon Osbourne has picked up a new gig. She will be joining Piers Morgan on U.K.'s soon-to-launch talkTV network. Morgan made the announcement on Twitter Thursday (March 17), calling Osbourne, "opinionated, fearless, funny" and "maybe a little bit dangerous." The forthcoming "current affairs show," set to launch in Spring 2022, will be called, The Talk.

An appeals court ordered former Empire actor Jussie Smollett be released from the Cook County Jail on Wednesday (March 16th). He was just seven days into his 150-day sentence for allegedly faking a hate crime.

The justices ruled 2-1 pending the appeal of his conviction and on the basis that he posts $150,000 bond. The justices did not explain their decision.

Smollett's attorney, Nenye Uche, argued that Smollett was subject to threats and could face harm while imprisoned.

After he was originally sentenced, Smollett said, "I am not suicidal. And if anything happens to me when I go in there, I did not do it to myself. And you must all know that."

Fans thought they spotted Kim Kardashian's name tattooed on Pete Davidson recently, but it turns out there's more to the story. Kardashian told Ellen DeGeneres on Wednesday (March 16th) that her name is actually "branded" on his chest.

"It isn't a tattoo, it's actually a branding," she said, revealing that her name was in fact burned into her boyfriend's skin. "He wanted to do something that was really different," she said, adding that Davidson wanted something more permanent, since he's "in the process of getting rid of his arm tats and his neck tats."

The SKIMS founder shared that Davidson got some tattoos in her honor as well. "He has a few tattoos, a few cute ones that he got … My favorite one, it says, ‘My girl is a lawyer.' That one's really cute," she said.

Samuel L. Jackson and his wife, LaTanya Richardson Jackson, opened up to People recently about the Pulp Fiction actor's struggle with addiction.

Samuel said, "I had basically moved into the basement of our brownstone … I was like the troll in the basement, and every now and then I'd come upstairs and hover around to do something. I was addicted and being crazy."

LaTanya insisted that he go to rehab and even made calls for him. "She didn't have to try to fix me … She could've just said, 'Get out,' and left me into the world, let me go and be whatever I was going to be," Samuel said.

LaTanya added that she felt compelled to help him. "I couldn't do that because I felt as though God had spoken to me and said, 'Now, you can't leave this young man like this. Give him some help. And then, if you feel like leaving afterwards, we'll talk about it,'" she said.

These days, the couple is still going strong. Together they are producing the Apple TV+ series The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey, starring Samuel as a man with Alzheimer's.

"It was important for us to tell this story and show that there's a life inside these people that needs to be explored," he said.

Despite being married to Saturday Night Live comedian Colin Jost and sharing seven-month-old baby Cosmo with him, Scarlett Johansson said she wouldn't have dated Jost in high school.

On The Drew Barrymore Show Wednesday (March 16th), Barrymore showed the audience an old picture of Jost from his teenage years. "Would high school ScarJo be into high school Colin?" she asked the Black Widow actress.

"Umm, I don't think so, no. Personally, my brother had that same haircut, both of my brothers, and I just can't. There's no way. I mean, who decided on that cut as a stylish thing? What hairdresser was like, 'I'll try this'?" Johansson said.

The Avengers star also commented on how timing played a role in their relationship, since Johansson had met Jost a few times on the set of SNL before they got together.

"It was just the timing was good. When we met, the timing was right. He's a very -- I think -- a cute guy, but the other times that I was there, I was in a relationship and I was not looking. This time, it was the timing was right. He looked differently to me because I was available," she said.

"We all have that thing in us. We have a dream and it seems crazy, the thing that you want to do … I look at Bradley Cooper. I've seen pictures of him when he was young — he didn't look like this! He grew into that. He let the dream blossom inside of him. I can't even concentrate, he's so beautiful," Smith said. Later, when Cooper took the podium to present an award, he said, "I'm not gonna forget that, Will."

SERVANT OF THE PEOPLE RETURNS TO NETFLIX: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's Servant of the People has returned to Netflix. The show was originally part of the Netflix library from 2017-2021, and it features Zelensky as a teacher who unexpectedly becomes president after one of his rants goes viral. The show ran for three seasons and ended when Zelensky decided to run for president of the Ukraine in 2019.
