THE WENDY WILLIAMS SHOW FINDS PERMANENT GUEST HOST: According to E! News, Sherri Shepherd is in talks to become the permanent guest host of The Wendy Williams Show. TMZ also reports that producers are waiting to see if Wendy Williams's health improves before changing the name of the show. If Williams's condition remains unchanged, Shepherd will become the permanent guest host at the start of the season in September.

CBS ORDERS EARLY EDITION REBOOT: CBS has issued a pilot-order for a reboot of the 1990s dramedy Early Edition. The original series ran for four seasons on CBS from 1996 to 2000. Kyle Chandler played Gary Hobson, who strangely received the next day's newspaper and thus attempted to prevent terrible things from happening. The reboot will feature a female lead, as the logline highlights a show about "an ambitious but uncompromising journalist who starts receiving tomorrow's newspaper today, then finds herself in the complicated business of changing the news instead of reporting it."

THE ROOKIE SPINOFF WILL STAR NIECY NASH: ABC is exploring a spinoff of the fan favorite The Rookie starring Nathan Fillion. The potential new series will star Niecy Nash in a role with the FBI. A two-episode arc is planned for the current season of The Rookie, which will introduce the spinoff.

HANNAH QUINLIVAN JOINS SOUL ASSASSIN: Variety reports that Skyskraper actress Hannah Quinlivan will join director Jesse Atlas's sci-fi thriller Soul Assassin. The film's cast also includes Bruce Willis, Andy Allo, Nomzamo Mbatha, Dominic Purcell, and Mustafa Shakir.

Jennifer Lopez Says She Doesn't Think She And Ben Affleck Will Break Up Again

In a cover story for the latest issue of Rolling Stone, Jennifer Lopez said she doesn't envision a breakup with Ben Affleck in the future.

"I don't think we would have got back together if we thought that was where it was headed," the Marry Me actress said. Lopez and Affleck recently rekindled their relationship nearly 18 years after they called off their engagement.

Of their relationship back in the early 2000s, the Marry Me actress said, "It's funny because Ben and I were together, and we were so in love. It was one of the happiest times of my life. But also, there was this other thing happening where we were being criticized, and it really destroyed our relationship from the inside out, because we were just too young to understand at that time what were really the most important things in life."

She continued, "We feel like what we found again is so much more important, and how we protect that and how we live our lives — what to share, what not to share — is the balance that we have now, the benefit of experience and the wisdom that we gained over the years."

Last month, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Lopez and Affleck are "madly in love" and that an engagement is expected.

Pete Davidson Jokes That He Is 'Very Hittable' In New Super Bowl Ad

Pete Davidson is making light of Kanye "Ye" West's desire to "beat" the comedian's "ass."

In a Super Bowl ad for Hellmann's released on Monday (February 7th), Davidson jokes that he is "very hittable."

The commercial shows former NFL linebacker Jerod Mayo tackling people for wasting food when, as the commercial suggests, they could use Hellmann's to turn it into something tasty.

When Mayo arrives at Davidson's house, he finds Davidson with his real-life mom, Amy Davidson. After Davidson stops Mayo from taking out his mother, Mayo tackles him instead.

"Sorry man, had to," he says.

Davidson replies, "I get it. I'm very hittable."

While talking with Kay Adams, host of PEOPLE (The TV Show!) about the commercial, Davidson also publicly referred to Kim Kardashian his "girlfriend" for the first time.

"If I'm off, I just either hang with my friends or chill with my girlfriend inside," the Saturday Night Live star said, referring to Kardashian.

Armie Hammer And Elizabeth Chambers Are 'Slowly Figuring Things Out As A Couple'

According to People, Death on the Nile actor Armie Hammer is rebuilding his relationship with his estranged wife, Elizabeth Chambers. The news comes after Hammer spent time in rehab for drug, alcohol, and sex issues, following sexual assault allegations against him.

After nearly 10 years of marriage, Hammer and Chambers announced that they were breaking up in July 2020, with Chambers filing for divorce shortly afterwards.

Now, a source tells People, "They're slowly figuring things out as a couple, but being parents to their two kids will always come first."

The source continued, "Elizabeth has always loved him. He is really the love of her life. They obviously had a lot of issues, but Armie's rehab stay showed that he was committed to big changes. They get along and enjoy hanging out with the kids."

Hammer is accused of "violently raping" a former partner in 2017, allegations that he has denied.

Kylie Jenner And Travis Scott Named Their Baby Together

On February 2nd, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott welcomed their second child to the world. A source told People that the couple "picked a name together."

The source added that the pair will announce the name of the baby boy "when Kylie is ready." Apparently, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star "wants to make sure she loves the name" before sharing it.

Fans are speculating that Jenner and Scott might have chosen "Angel" for the newborn, since many people posted angel emojis in response to the photo Jenner posted on Instagram Sunday (February 6th).

Kris Jenner also commented, "Angel pie" on the photo, while Kylie's makeup artist wrote, "Can't wait to meet the little angel." Time will tell if fans are on the mark.

Talk show host Nick Cannon recently received a very subtle message. On Monday (February 7th), Cannon posted a picture of himself standing next to a vending machine full of condoms to Instagram.

Cannon recently announced he is expecting his eighth child with model Bre Tiesi. He also revealed that his therapist encouraged him to practice celibacy after learning about Tiesi's pregnancy.

FORMER PLAYBOY PLAYMATE SAYS SHE ABORTED HUGH HEFNER'S "DEVIL CHILD": According to The New York Post, Karissa Shannon, a 2009 Playboy Playmate, said she aborted Hugh Hefner's child when she was 19 years old. Shannon became pregnant after Hefner reportedly forced her into group sex and impregnated her while he was in his 80s. "It was like the devil was inside of me. I didn't want anyone to know I was carrying an 83-year-old man's child," the model said. SHAY MITCHELL IS EXPECTING SECOND CHILD WITH MATTE BABEL: According to People, Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell announced on Monday (February 7th) that she's expecting her second child with Matte Babel. The pair already have a two-year-old daughter named Atlas Noa. Mitchell wrote about grieving her grandmother while welcoming this new life into the world. ANGELINA PIVARNICK AND CHRIS LARANGEIRA ARE DIVORCING AGAIN: Page Six reports that Chris Larangeira filed for divorce from Jersey Shore's Angelina Pivarnick on January 20th. Weeks before the filing, Pivarnick told the outlet that she was "fighting" to save her marriage. "I said to myself, ‘I am not going to get divorced. I am going to try everything that I can in my power to save my marriage, no matter what it is,'" she said at the time. Pivarnick also filed for divorce in January 2021, but the case was later dismissed. On navigating this public divorce, Pivarnick said, "It's been very hard. Hard is just an understatement. REACHER IS RENEWED FOR A SECOND SEASON: Alan Ritchson will be returning for another season of Reacher on Amazon Prime. Deadline reports that this news comes just three days after the streaming platform released Reacher's first season. The show is one of Amazon's top five most-watched shows within a 24-hour period.

KRISTIN WIIG TO STAR IN MRS. AMERICAN PIE: Apple TV+ announced on Monday (February 7th) that Mrs. American Pie has been ordered to series. TV Line reports that the show will star Kristin Wiig as Maxine Simmons, who "attempts to cross that impermeable line between the haves and the have-nots" in Palm Beach's high society in the 1970s. Laura Dern will be executive producing, and she may play a key role as well.

HULU'S THE KARDASHIANS GETS RELEASE DATE: In a teaser released on Monday (February 7th), set to the tune of Nina Simone's "Feeling Good," Hulu announced that The Kardashians will premiere on April 14th. According to Deadline, the official logline reads, "Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie bring the cameras back to reveal the truth behind the headlines. From the intense pressures of running billion-dollar businesses to the hilarious joys of playtime and school drop-offs, this series brings viewers into the fold with a honest story of love & life in the spotlight."

KITTEN BOWL IS CANCELLED AT HALLMARK: Hallmark has cancelled the annual Kitten Bowl, and the network shared on social media that they don't plan on bringing the Super Bowl alternative back anytime soon. However, Variety reports that GAC Family is looking to bring the Kitten Bowl to their network in 2023.

Heather McDonald Fractures Her Skull After Passing Out Onstage

In the middle of performing a stand-up comedy bit in Tempe, Arizona, Saturday night (February 5th), comedian Heather McDonald collapsed onstage and fractured her skull.

McDonald posted a video to her Instagram stories from her hospital bed, saying, "So I'm in the emergency room. I look weird. I'm so so so so sorry. I passed out on stage. I got up, I did one joke and I felt so dizzy."

She continued, "You can see my eye, I fell on my eye. I cannot believe this happened. I feel so terrible that they had to tell everyone to leave and then cancel the second show."

Right before the fall, McDonald joked, "I'm vaxxed, double vaxxed, boosted and flu shot and shingle shot and haven't gotten COVID and Jesus loves me most." Audience members thought the comedian fainting was part of the act, but it quickly became clear that she needed medical attention.

She concluded her Instagram story video with, "Tempe, I will be back. I've never, ever fainted in my life."

Awkwafina Addressses 'Blaccent' And Signs Off Twitter

Crazy Rich Asians actress Awkwafina, born Nora Lum, has been criticized for years for having a "blaccent," or using African-American Vernacular English (AAVE). On Saturday, the Golden-Globe winner addressed this criticism on Twitter—before signing off the platform entirely.

"As a non-Black POC, I stand by the fact that I will always listen and work tirelessly to understand the history and context of AAVE, what is deemed appropriate or backwards toward the progress of ANY and EVERY marginalized group. But I must emphasize: To mock, belittle, or to be unkind in any way possible at the expense of others is: Simply. Not. My. Nature. It never has, and it never was," the Oceans 8 actress wrote.

Awkwafina also announced that she was leaving Twitter. "I am retiring from the ingrown toenail that is Twitter. Not retiring from anything else, even if I wanted to, and I didn't drunkenly hit someone with a shoehorn and now escaping as a fugitive. Also am avail on all other socials that don't tell you to kill yourself!" the comedian tweeted.

"Well, I'll see you in a few years, Twitter – per my therapist," she added.

Jennifer Garner Named Hasty Pudding's 2022 Woman Of The Year

Saturday (February 5th) was a blast for Jennifer Garner, as she was awarded the 2022 Hasty Pudding Award from Hasty Pudding Theatricals at Harvard University.

The Adam Project actress rode in a convertible through Cambridge, Massachusetts, with members of the Theatricals who were in drag. She also performed the can-can with students in front of Harvard's Farkas Hall with her Hasty Pudding medal around her neck. Later that evening, she received the Pudding Pot onstage.

Garner addressed the audience, "I guarantee my day was better and more fun than yours. I am a devoted member of the Hasty Pudding Club from now on, and I will be a nerd in the audience next year, I promise. This has been the most fun day ever."

Later, she was asked questions that she "had to answer." When an audience member asked Garner about her first kiss, she said, laughing, "It was a guy named Matt Crittenden. He tried to go further than a kiss, and I swatted it away. He broke up with me the next day because he said I was a prude, which was a badge I've worn proudly ever since. I was 18!"

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are welcoming baby number two to the world!

Jenner posted a black and white photo to Instagram on Sunday (February 6th) with the caption "2/2/22" along with a blue heart emoji. In the photo, Stormi Webster, Jenner and Scott's first child, holds the newborn baby's hand.

Jenner did not reveal the baby's name, but E! News reports that she gave birth to a baby boy.

Scott commented on the photo with one blue heart emoji and six brown heart emojis.

The newborn baby was born one day after Stormi's birthday on February 1st. She just turned four years old. An insider told E! News that leading up to the birth, Stormi "talked about the baby all day long."

Pete Davidson Is Booed At Syracuse Basketball Game

While attending a men's basketball game at the Carrier Dome in Syracuse on Saturday (February 5th), Pete Davidson was booed by locals for calling the city "trash" three years ago in an interview with Howard Stern.

A season ticket holder told Page Six, "Pete seemed to be prepared for what was coming to him. He brushed it off and had a laugh, as did the locals."

In photos of Davidson at the game, he can be seen bundled up, wearing a grey Syracuse hat. "Pete remained bundled throughout the game. Maybe because of the single digit temps, or perhaps because of the cold welcome from natives," the source said.

Syracuse basketball reporter Mike Curtis later posted a video of Davidson to Twitter, in which Davidson addressed the city: "Thank you so much for having me and my friends in the building. We had a really great time. So, peace?"

Jackass Forever Leaves Moonfall In The Dust At Weekend Box Office

Jackass Forever producers leaned on TikTok to promote the new comedy, and they saw the fruits of their labor at the weekend box office. The film pulled in $23.5 million, while Moonfall struggled to keep up, earning a mere $10 million. As for the film that's been at the top of the charts for weeks, according to Deadline, Spider-Man: No Way Home is just $11.55 million away from beating out Avatar for the No. 3 spot on the list of highest-grossing films at the domestic box office.

JULIAN FOWLES DIES AT 76: Deadline reports that longtime film and television producer Julian Fowles died on Saturday (February 5th) at the age of 76. Fowles produced Eleanor: In Her Own Words, which won a Los Angeles Area Emmy and was part of the PBS American Playhouse Series. He also won a Primetime Emmy for his work on Mark Twain and Me. After leaving KCET for Esparza/Katz Productions, Fowles produced films such as Selma, Lord, The Sweetest Gift, and Captive. He is survived by his wife, Gallena Fowles.

PRODUCTION FOR THAT ‘90S SHOW BEGINS: TV Line reports that just days after the cast was revealed for That ‘90s Show, a That ‘70s Show spinoff, Debra Jo Rupp (Kitty) and Kurtwood Smith (Red) took to social media to share photos from the set. "And we have started," Rupp wrote, alongside a photo of her script and name plate. Smith took to Twitter writing, "Red and Kitty, teenagers, grunge rock… let's gooooo!"

ROSAMUND PIKE TO PLAY LEAD IN RICH FLU: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Oscar nominee Rosamund Pike is set to star in Rich Flu, a thriller about a deadly virus that attacks the wealthy. Paparazzo Sues Anna Kendrick In Federal Court

Anna Kendrick is being sued in federal court by a photographer who claims she ripped off his work.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, Ulices Ramales is suing the Pitch Perfect star for posting images he shot of her walking in New York City to her Instagram account without any credit or paying a licensing fee.

The suit is seeking at least $150k in damages plus an injunction prohibiting the actress from using any more of his photos. The outlet reports that the image at the center of the suit is still on Kendrick's Instagram page.

Rebel Wilson Granted Restraining Order Against Man Who Thinks They Have A Son Together

Rebel Wilson has obtained a temporary restraining order against a 39-year-old man who falsely believes they have a son together.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the alleged stalker has been harassing the Pitch Perfect star for months. She claims the guy found her Los Angeles home and dropped off a handwritten notes and strange gifts for their fictional 20-year-old son. He also described in writing how they met at a club in 2001, something Wilson says is a complete lie.

A judge has ruled that the man must stay 100 yards away from the actress and not make any attempt to contact her.

Khloe Kardashian Shuts Down Rumors She's Dating Harry Jowsey

Khloe Kardashian shut down rumors that she is dating Too Hot to Handle alum Harry Jowsey on Thursday (Feb. 3rd).

The 37-year-old Good American co-founder wrote, "ASOLUTELY NOT TRUE," in an Instagram comment beneath a post from @thekarjenners speculating about their romance.

Steve-O recently revealed to GQ that he started doing stunts as a way to worry his ex-girlfriend.

'SCREAM' SEQUEL GREENLIT: Deadline reports that the Scream franchise will continue to grow. Following the box office success of the latest installment, Spyglass Media Group and Paramount Pictures have given the green light to move forward with another sequel.

DAKOTA JOHNSON IN TALKS FOR 'MADAME WEB': According to E! News, Dakota Johnson is in talks to play the main character in Madame Web. The Hollywood Reporter writes that S.J. Clarkson, who has worked on Jessica Jones, is set to direct the film for Sony..

'SUPERNATURAL' SPINOFF IN THE WORKS: A Supernatural spinoff has been greenlit by The CW. TVLine reports that the prequel, executive produced by original series star Jensen Ackles, will center around Dean and Sam Winchester's parents. It will be told from the perspective of their eldest son Dean, with Ackles narrating.

'YELLOWSTONE' RENEWED FOR SEASON 5: Paramount Network announced Thursday (Feb. 3rd) that Yellowstone will return for a fifth season. Additionally, guest stars Jen Landon (Teeter) and Kathryn Kelly (Emily) have been promoted to series regulars. The drama will set to begin production in May.

LESLIE JORDAN AND TRACEE ELLIS ROSS TO ANNOUNCE OSCAR NOMINATIONS: The Academy announced Thursday (Feb. 3rd) that Leslie Jordan and Tracee Ellis Ross will host the announcement of the 94th Oscars nominations on Tuesday, February 8th at 8:18a.m. ET. The Academy Awards will be held on Sunday, March 27th at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood and will be televised live on ABC.

Four Men Arrested For Selling Drugs To Michael K. Williams

Authorities announced Wednesday (Feb. 2nd) that four men who allegedly sold Michael K. Williams the fentanyl-laced heroin on which he fatally overdosed have been arrested.

The court papers obtained by The Hollywood Reporter show photographs, including one in which defendant Irvin Cartanega can be seen executing a hand-to-hand transaction with the actor on Sept. 5th.

New York City's medical examiner earlier ruled that the 54-year-old star of The Wire died of acute drug intoxication on Sept. 6th.

Man Arreted Following Standoff At Elizabeth Vargas' Home

A man has been arrested for "actively threatening" Real Housewives of Orange County alum Elizabeth Vargas inside her home.

The Newport Beach, California Police Department confirmed to People Wednesday (Feb. 2nd) that Ryan Matthew Geraghty was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon, burglary and extortion.

The night prior, there was a SWAT standoff with the suspect after he barricaded himself inside of the RHOC star's home.
