Prosecutors Want R. Kelly To Face A Minimum Of 25 Years In Prison

Federal prosecutors in New York want R. Kelly to face a minimum of 25 years in prison for his 2021 sex tracking and racketeering convictions.

Billboard reports that prosecutors in New York told a judge Wednesday (June 8th) that the 55-year-old singer "avoided punishment for almost 30 years and must now be held to account."

In a brief filed Wednesday, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Brooklyn also made it clear that they believed Kelly deserved to spend the rest of his life in jail because he would be likely to commit further crimes if set free.

Prosecutors wrote, "Put simply, the defendant's crimes were calculated, methodical, and part a long-standing pattern of using his platform as a larger-than-life musical persona and his deep network to gain access to teenagers, many of whom were particularly vulnerable, and then to exploit them for his personal gain and sexual gratification.

They continued, "The government has little doubt that if afforded an opportunity to offend again, the defendant would do so. He poses a serious danger to the public. His actions were brazen, manipulative, controlling and coercive. He has shown no remorse or respect for the law."

His sentencing will take place on June 29th.

50 Years Ago Today: Elvis Presley Plays First NYC Concert

It was 50 years ago today (June 9th, 1972) that "The King of Rock N' Roll" Elvis Presley performed his first-ever concert in New York City at Madison Square Garden. Although Elvis has played live in Manhattan back in the 1950's when appearing on such legendary variety shows hosted by the Dorsey Brothers, Steve Allen, and Ed Sullivan -- Elvis had never performed a concert for the general public in the "Big Apple."

Over the course of three days -- June 9th, 10th, and 11th -- Elvis played four shows to an estimated 80,000 fans. The first live album issued from the run -- Elvis: As Recorded At Madison Square Garden, was rush-released to hit stores a week after the first show on June 18th, 1972 and went on to peak at an impressive Number 11 on the Billboard 200 albums chart. 1997 saw the release of An Afternoon In The Garden, with Elvis Presley: Prince From Another Planet being issued in 2012.

On June 9th, 1972, only hours before launching his sold-out, four-concert run at Madison Square Garden, marking his first New York City shows, Elvis spoke to the press, and shed light on why he returned to live performance: "I just missed it. I missed the closeness of an audience -- of a live audience. . . So just as soon as I got out of the movie contracts, I started to do live performances again. There's so many places that I haven't been yet. Like, I've never played New York here. I've never been to Britain either. I'd like to go to Europe. I'd like to go to Japan and all those places. I've never been out of this country except in the service, y'know?"

Not too long ago, Elvis' late, great drummer Ronnie Tutt explained that for the most part, taking the stage with Elvis was a blast: "We had a lot of fun. Elvis loved to laugh and make fun of himself and everybody (laughs) else around him. He had his serious side, of course, but we never knew what he was gonna do next, so it made it fun, (laughs) y'know?"

Elvis Presley's setlist for the afternoon show on June 9th, 1972 at Madison Square Garden:

Flashback: The Rolling Stones Release 'Some Girls'

It was 44 years ago today (June 9th) that the Rolling Stones released their 1978 blockbuster, Some Girls. The album, which was competing on the charts and turntables around the globe with breakthrough punk and disco records, was able to absorb the musical influence of what was going down in the clubs and the streets of New York City and become the first album in years to drastically redefine the Stones' sound. It also featured the band's first chart-topper since 1973's "Angie" -- the disco-based monster summer hit and instant classic, "Miss You, which remains the Stones' last Number One single to date.

Back in 2011, Keith Richards told Spinner.com that after the excesses of some of the band's then-recent albums -- which saw the Stones dabbling in reggae and R&B -- for Some Girls, they simply went for broke writing and performing a straight ahead rock based album: "Yeah, it was a deliberate idea of Mick (Jagger) and I to strip the band back down to basics. And also, it was the first full album that I was doing with Ronnie (Wood), so we were all feeling our way in that respect. We were just getting into each other's way of playing on this stuff. To me, I remember it as a load of fun, but I'm sure some other people might have other ideas."

Although Wood had only popped up on two tracks on 1976's Black And Blue, he had been touring with the band since 1975. And while Wood's guitar work was all over the 1977 concert set, Love You Live, Some Girls featured the first full album of the signature "Keith & Ronnie" guitar sound. Richards counted that as one of the album's high points, recalling, "That was one of the joys of it. Every session we'd go to, every day -- and we were there a long time -- Ronnie and I realized we were finding a way to play together. As Ronnie calls it, 'the ancient form of weaving.' You don't know which guitar is doing what. And that's the joy of playing with two guitars or three, the interaction. I remember it as a fun album to make."

The album's followup single to "Miss You" -- "Beast Of Burden" -- peaked at Number Eight, with the third and final single, "Shattered," stalling at Number 31. Mick Jagger explained that "Shattered" -- like most of Some Girls -- picked up on the key musical movements happening in London and New York City: "It's kind of, like, a punk beat with this guitar riff that Keith does, and me -- sort of what I do is a semi-rap thing. It's sort of half talking in it. So, I was obviously very influenced by that. But I think this record is a good synthesis of all those kind of things that were going on at the time."

Keith Richards recalled the emergence of the punk bands forcing the Stones into bringing their A-game to the sessions for 1978's chart-topping Some Girls album: "There was another great session -- that was in Paris puttin' a whole lot -- but, y'know, the band was really hittin' the groove there. And I guess, in a way, the punks kinda kicked us up the ass a little, y'know? And we felt obliged to come out with something that really kicked -- and it did the trick, respectably."

Although Some Girls had some obvious punk influences on songs like "Respectable" and "Lies," Jagger feels that it had a much broader pallet than just the sound of the gutter: "Inevitably, you live in the time you're in. And you couldn't possibly avoided the whole thing, of the feeling of that. . . of those years. I mean the years before that. I think it's more in the playing than the writing -- I mean, I think a bit of both. But having said that, of course you can say that and then you can turn around say (laughs) 'Yeah, but you did this country song that was really. . . you did this straight country song, and then this dance song ' -- which is 'Miss You,' which had nothing to do with punk. Couldn't be more different."

Highlights on the album include "Miss You," "Beast Of Burden," "Far Away Eyes," "Respectable," "Before They Make Me Run," and their cover of the Temptations' "Just My Imagination (Running Away With Me)," among others.

Some Girls was recorded between October 1977 and March 1978 at Paris' EMI's Pathe Marconi Studios.

The album hit Number One on July 15th, 1978 and topped the Billboard 200 album chart for two weeks. It has sold over six million copies to date.

Some Girls' lead single, "Miss You," topped the charts for one week starting on August 5th, 1978.

In 2011 the Stones released a deluxe reissue of Some Girls featuring a dozen vault tracks -- some of which were recently completed by Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and producer Don Was, along with a DVD -- Some Girls, Live In Texas '78. The concert was filmed on July 18th, 1978 in Forth Worth, Texas at the Will Rogers Memorial Center.

Upon the official release of the Stones' Ft. Worth show, Mick Jagger looked back at the band's 1978 tour in support of Some Girls: "It was quite a short tour. There were a mixture of gigs. This one is an arena, and then there were theaters -- there was the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, which we've played since then, and then there were some stadium shows. There was, like, three, four stadium. . . Soldiers Field in Chicago and the stadium (at) Anaheim -- and then some regular arenas. Mostly arenas."

Chicago Releasing 38th Album Next Month, Back On The Road

Chicago has announced the release of its 38th studio album, Born For This Moment, on July 15th. The band is now on the road with special guest Brian Wilson, who along with fellow Beach Boys Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin, will be opening for the band for most of the summer.

The band's three co-founders -- keyboardist Robert Lamm, trombonist James Pankow, and trumpeter Lee Loughnane -- spoke about the new album in the official announcement:

Robert Lamm: "I hope that, 55 years from now, listeners will actually feel something about our music and our lyrics. I mean, we're all human. We all go through some variation of the same pain and joy at some point in our lives, and there's a commonality to that. I hope listeners in the future will actually get all those feelings while listening to our music."

Lee Loughnane: "One of the big reasons this album works so well is that when you put it on and play it, you hear something you're not quite expecting to hear and it immediately pulls you in musically and emotionally."

James Pankow:
"The very nature of these new tracks makes them very performable, and I'm looking forward to playing some fresh material onstage."

With Chicago now only featuring three original members -- we asked Robert Lamm if the band could possibly carry on without any founding members: "Starting with the death with Terry Kath, we're no strangers to updating the lineup. A lot of lip service was given to the concept of 'the music is more important than who's playing it in our band.' As it's turned out, it's apparently true -- but also the guys who are maybe a generation younger who have come in to fill in are better players than we were when we started. I think that there is -- among the guys who would be left, who are in the band -- I think there is kind of a feeling that instead of just being Chicago, we're sort of, the 'Chicago little symphony,' if you will. Y'know, (laughs) so, players come in and players go out. I think that's a possibility."

Chicago & Brian Wilson perform on Thursday (June 9th) in Los Angeles at The Forum.

Harry Styles Too Iconic To Play Elvis

Harry Styles is too iconic in his own right to play The King of Rock and Roll.

Baz Luhrman recently told Australian radio hosts Fitzy and Wippa that the One Direction alum auditioned for Elvis alongside Austin Butler and Miles Teller.

The filmmaker said, "Harry is a really talented actor. I would work on something with him. The real issue with Harry is, he's Harry Styles. He's already an icon."

The role ultimately went to Butler "because he was almost born to play it."

Jim Seals Of Seals & Crofts Dead At 80

Singer/songwriter Jim Seals, one half of the hit making '70s duo Seals & Crofts, died on June 6th at age 80. Deadline reported his death was announced online by his cousin Brady Seals of the country band Little Texas, but no cause of death was given. Jim Seals is survived by his wife of 57 years, Ruby Jean; and children Joshua, Juliette, and Sutherland.

Upon moving to L.A., Seals, along with Glen Campbell and fellow Texan Dash Crofts performed in a latter-day lineup of the Champs -- best known for their 1958 classics "Tequila." Seals also toured with the legendary Eddie Cochran. Seals & Crofts formed in 1969 and between 1972 and 1978, the folk-based duo scored eight Top 40 hits -- including 1972's "Summer Breeze" (#6), 1973's "Diamond Girl" (#6) and "We May Never Pass This Way (Again)" (#18), along with 1978's "Get Closer" (#6). The duo featured Seals on guitar, sax, and violin with Crofts handling guitar and mandolin.

After being dropped by Warner Brothers in 1980, Seals & Crofts took the next decade off, reunited briefly in 1991 and released their last album together with 2004's Traces.

The duo's legacy continues on with Seals & Crofts 2 -- featuring Jim's cousin Brady Seals and Dash Crofts' daughter Lua performing Seals & Croft classics along with new originals.

Seals' younger brother, the late-"England" Dan Seals, was part of the '70s duo "England" Dan & John Ford Coley, best known for their hits, "I'd Really Love To See You Tonight" and "Nights Are Forever Without You."

Both Seals & Crofts were strict followers of the Bahá'í Faith, which was developed during the 19th century in Iran and parts of the Middle East. Jim Seals recalled that the duo's religious beliefs figured heavily in all their music: "We actually started performing as Seals & Crofts because of the material that had evolved out of the ideas from the Bahá'í Faith. So, our first, I guess, two or three albums were concepts taken directly from the Bahá'í writings. Of course, your viewpoint and your value system and everything changes and so, your insight into human affairs begin to change."

Red Hot Chili Peppers have released the new track -- "Nerve Flip" -- as an exclusive Japanese bonus track from the new Unlimited Love album. Last month Unlimited Love, debuted at Number One, marking the band's first chart-topper since 2006's Stadium Arcadium.

With such an extensive back catalog to choose from, we asked singer Anthony Kiedis a while back how the group goes about making up a setlist -- and he had a good laugh with us: "We use a supercomputer. It's the size of a room. We plug all of our songs into it, it spits out a set list. Whether we like it or not, that's it for the night."

Red Hot Chili Peppers next perform with Nas and Thundercat on Friday (June 10th) in Nijmegen, Netherlands at Goffertpark

Flashback: Brian Jones Leaves The Rolling Stones

It was 53 years ago today (June 8th, 1969) that Brian Jones, a founding member of the Rolling Stones, officially quit the band. Jones, a blues enthusiast, both named and led the original group, which included Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, Bill Wyman, and keyboardist Ian Stewart. Shortly after turning professional, Stewart, whose looks didn't fit with the band, signed on as their road manager.

Jones played a pivotal role in the Stones' success, with his blond hair and good looks, as well as his ability to play any instrument seemingly within minutes of picking it up. Jones, although uncredited, co-wrote and played the recorders on "Ruby Tuesday," sitar and tamboura on "Paint It, Black," dulcimer on "I Am Waiting" and "Lady Jane," the lead guitar riff on "Get Off My Cloud," harpsichord on "Yesterday's Papers," the trumpet and trombone on "Something Happened To Me Yesterday," the marimba on "Under My Thumb," and the autoharp on "You Got The Silver."

Jones began losing control of the group when Jagger and Richards began their songwriting partnership in 1965, which slowly moved the band away from Jones' blues-based direction. By 1966, Jones' mental instability and drug abuse had become a liability to the Stones. Due to his substance abuse problems, Jones frequently missed tour dates and recording sessions, and was unable to function within the band when he did attend.

Bassist Bill Wyman wrote about Jones in his 1991 autobiography Stone Alone, saying, "For two years not only had he become physically vulnerable and battered by his drug busts, but within the Stones he was sad, isolated and obviously unhappy."

Mick Jagger spoke about the sad deterioration of Brian Jones in the last few years of his short life: "Keith and I took drugs, but Brian took too many drugs of the wrong kind and he wasn't functioning as a musician. I don't think he was that interested in contributing to the Rolling Stones anymore. You certainly didn't know if he was going to turn up and what state he was going to be. . . and then, what was he going to be able to do in that state. What job could you give him?"

We asked Lindsey Buckingham what that classic early-era means to him as a Stones fan: "The peak for Brian Jones, before he kind of started to slide downhill. . . Y'know those albums, I mean, the singles -- everything -- have a kind of European influence. But, y'know, the fact that Brian Jones as a bandmember could articulate that it in a different way and was more of a multi-musician and could bring in colors and influence the band in what I thought was a very positive way. Those albums are some of my favorite Stones albums."

On June 8th, 1969, Jagger, Richards, and drummer Charlie Watts fired Jones. They claimed that due to legal problems, Jones wouldn't be able to attain a work visa for their upcoming U.S. tour.

Two decades later, in the Stones' 1989 documentary 25x5: The Continuing Adventures Of The Rolling Stones, Richards recalled edging Jones out of the band permanently: "It was very important to us the fact that if we were going to go back out on the road behind a new record that we resolve this thing with Brian. So Mick and I had to go down and sort of tell Brian, virtually like, 'Hey, you're fired.' The fact that he was expecting it made it kind of easier, I guess. Y'know, he wasn't surprised. I don't even think he took it all in. He was already up in the stratosphere. But there was no serious way that we could consider going on the road with Brian. But at the same time, nobody expected it to happen just like that. "

The late-Charlie Watts admitted he felt deep guilt over firing Jones: "He got much nicer just before he died, y'know the last few years of his life. I felt even sorrier for him for what we did to him then. We took his one thing away which was being in a band."

Jones agreed to a settlement, which gave him a lump sum of nearly $200,000, as well as a yearly salary of $40,000 for as long as the band stayed together. He was also allowed to issue a statement saying that he had quit the band. He then reportedly tried to form a supergroup with John Lennon, who had stayed friendly with Jones after his firing.

Jones died July 3rd, 1969, at the age of 27. He was found dead at the bottom of the swimming pool at his Cotchford Farm home, in Hartford, England.

For years there have been conspiracy theories about what went on the night Jones died, including several suggesting foul play. In 2006 a film focusing on Jones' last days, titled Stoned, opened in theaters.

In 2020, the definitive chronicle of Brian Jones came to DVD and major streaming outlets. Rolling Stone: Life And Death Of Brian Jones by Danny Garcia is clearly not sanctioned by the Rolling Stones, and features no original music. What it does have is people who knew Jones throughout his life, including testimonials from Stones tour manager Sam Cutler, Jones' daughter Barbara Anna Marion, Dick Taylor and the late-Phil May of the Pretty Things, and Jones' confidante Prince Stash Klossowski de Rola, among an assortment of British journalists.

Flashback: Paul McCartney & Wings' 'Band On The Run' Single Tops The Charts

It was 48 years ago today (June 8th, 1974) that Paul McCartney & Wings' "Band On The Run" hit Number One on the Billboard Hot 100, topping the charts for one week. The song marked McCartney's third post-Beatles chart-topping single, following 1971's "Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey" and 1973's "My Love."

By that point, McCartney's chart-success was way ahead of his former-bandmates, with a total of eight solo U.S. Top Ten hits under his belt, with John Lennon only scoring two, George Harrison with three, and Ringo Starr coming closest with a total of five American Top Ten smashes.

Band On The Run, which was McCartney's fifth solo album, was his biggest post-Beatles critical and commercial success, was mired in trouble before it began production. While Wings was rehearsing the new material in Scotland during the summer of 1973, guitarist Henry McCullough quit the band after an argument with McCartney over how a solo should be played. Then -- just prior to the band leaving for Lagos, Nigeria to record the album -- drummer Denny Seiwell phoned McCartney saying that he too was quitting.

McCartney took over drum duties on the album and shared the majority of instrumentation with Wings co-founder Denny Laine. Laine recalled that the two-man band approach came naturally to him and McCartney: "We did that with Band On The Run a lot, where he would pick up an instrument, I would pick up another instrument and we'd put the backing track down. And then figure it out after that."

Denny Laine recalled that the album's title song was a perfect example of how he and McCartney laid down the basic tracks for Band On The Run: "As far as I can remember, it was just me on guitar -- on acoustic -- and Paul on drums. Maybe we added those extra guitars afterwards, I mean, and just mixed the other stuff out."

In early 1975, the "Band On The Run" track earned Paul McCartney & Wings the Grammy award for Best Pop Vocal Performance by a Duo, Group or Chorus. Engineer Geoff Emerick's work on the Band On The Run album snagged the Grammy for Best Engineered Recording, Non Classical.

"Band On The Run" has been a mainstay of Paul McCartney's concert setlists since the 1975/1976 "Wings Over The World" tour.

Lovato will be performing the new song on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this Thursday (June 9th).

Gene Simmons: Ace Frehley & Peter Criss Have Turned Down Offers To Join Kiss Onstage

Gene Simmons revealed that both Ace Frehley and Peter Criss have passed on making cameos with Kiss on their ongoing farewell tour. Simmons spoke to Classic Rock about the two co-founders in relation to the band's "End Of The Road Tour" and explained, "I was hoping that Ace and Peter, at least for that, would be with us. It would be the saddest thing of all if they chose not to be there. But such is life. I hope and wish they'll get over the victim, 'look what happened to me.' No, nothing happened to you. These were all decisions you made. They were in and out of the band three different times. Can you believe that? How many chances in life do you want? That's the saddest thing."

Simmons went on to say, "There are fans that are still angry with us about Ace and Peter. They just don't understand. I personally have asked Ace and Peter a number of times: 'Hey, this is the last time around. We've still got another hundred cities or so to go. Why don't you jump on stage with us?' And they said no. . . More than once."

Paul Stanley added, "It would be great to have Ace and/or Peter participate at some point if they were interested, and if their requests or demands were realistic and not disruptive to the overall spirit of this tour."

When pressed as to whether this is truly Kiss' final go-'round -- especially in view of 2000's already billed "farewell" tour, Stanley was quick to explain: "Circumstances are very different. When we did that farewell tour, we in essence drank our own Kool-Aid. The idea that the band couldn't continue without the four original members was absurd. Frankly, we were miserable as a foursome. It was horrible. It turned into years of drudgery and uncertainty whether everybody was going to make it to the lobby, let alone the stage. And so what we were basically doing was putting down the horse. Gene and I just felt: 'Okay, we need to stop.' And then it dawned on me that people didn't want us gone, and we didn't actually want to be gone. We didn't want to say farewell to the band, we wanted to say farewell to two members."

Paul Stanley told that as excited as he is to perform with Kiss, wrapping up the band's life on the road is far from being a heartbreaking event for him: "There's nothing bittersweet about this tour -- it's all sweet. What I've been given and what we've accomplished, and how we've been rewarded is indescribable. And look, I'm not Yoda -- I'm gonna say the end of something is the beginning of something else. I'm not going to change who I am and I'm not going to change my trajectory, and everything will go on."

Kiss performs tonight (June 7th) in Paris at Accor Arena.

Their next U.S. show is set for September 21st at West Palm Beach's IThink Financial Amphitheatre.

Steve Miller, Mariah Carey, & Eurythmics Lead 2022 Songwriters Hall Of Fame Inductees

Steve Miller, Mariah Carey, and the Eurythmics lead the inductees for the 2022 Songwriters Hall of Fame (SHOF) on June 16th at Manhattan's Marriott Marquis Hotel.

Among the other inductees are the Isley Brothers, Rick Nowels, the Neptunes -- Chad Hugo & Pharrell, and legendary Motown songwriter Mickey Stevenson. Special Award Recipients include Paul Williams, who'll receive the prestigious Johnny Mercer Award, Universal Music Publishing Chairman and CEO, Jody Gerson will be awarded the Abe Olman Publisher Award, and singer/songwriter Lil Nas X will be given the Hal David Starlight Award.

Steve Miller told us that there's no great science as to why his music still receives so much radio airplay and crowd reaction in concert. Although Miller is considered a world-class blues guitarist, he says that it all comes down to the songs: "I think the reason my songs are still around is that they're simple on the first blush, they seem to be fairly simple tunes. There's a lot of harmony, a lot of harmony singing parts, and then when you go through the layers of the lyrics, they have meaning to people. And I think the main thing is that they're positive lyrics (laughs) and people like to sing."

Dave Stewart and Annie Lennox will also be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame later this year. Stewart told us that the pair had a clear vision of the way they wanted to approach the Eurythmics' music from the get-go: "We were very adamant, y'know, about how we wanted to be. We wrote a manifesto on the wall in the studio. Y'know, we would write words like 'Motown,' and next to it we'd put, like 'Love.' But then we'd also put 'Cold. Icy. Electronic Music. Love,' thinking 'How the hell do we marry cold, icy electronic music with Motown?' But we managed."

Bruce Springsteen News Roundup

JAMMING IN JERSEY WITH COLDPLAY

Bruce Springsteen guested with Coldplay on June 5th at East Rutherford, New Jersey's MetLife Stadium.

"The Boss" -- along with a pedal steel guitarist named Nicole -- performed 2009's "Working On A Dream" with the band and his 1984 Top Two classic "Dancing In The Dark" alone with Chris Martin during the band's "C-stage" acoustic portion of the show.

NEW WEMBLEY RELEASED

Bruce Springsteen has tapped the E Street Band's June 4th, 1981 performance at London's Wembley Arena as his latest monthly vault release. The concert marks the seventh show released from Springsteen's 1980/'81 tour behind The River -- and the second gig plucked from the trek's six-night run at Wembley.

In addition to such Springsteen standards as "Born To Run," "Hungry Heart," and "Rosalita (Come Out Tonight)," the new Wembley release features reworked cover versions of Jimmy Cliff's "Trapped," Woody Guthrie's "This Land Is Your Land," and Elvis Presley's "Follow That Dream."

Bruce Springsteen, who throughout the tour behind The River was becoming more politically minded and socially conscious, maintains that he was able to get a better grasp on what was happening back home in America and the lives of its citizens, by comparing the two cultures at the time: "It was the early-‘80s, I think the sense of the violence that was in the air on a daily basis (laughs) sometimes was. . . I think one of the things we noticed when we went to Europe was it just seemed less. Either it was reported differently, it was contextualized differently, it was a different type of violence, and I think that for me, personally, that was something that I really noticed at that time and made me very sad, actually. I was 30, having kids was on the horizon in some fashion. The way things went out to you, whether it was through television. . . it was just much more aggressive. Abusive. Truly abusive. I experienced less of that in Europe. It seemed to make more sense."

The tracklisting to Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band's London - June 4, 1981 is:

"Prove It All Night"
"The Ties That Bind"
"Out in The Street"
"Darkness On The Edge Of Town"
"Follow That Dream"
"Johnny Bye-Bye"
"Jackson Cage"
"Trapped"
"Two Hearts"
"The Promised Land"
"This Land Is Your Land"
"The River"
"Badlands"
"Thunder Road"
"You Can Look (But You Better Not Touch)"
"Cadillac Ranch"
"Sherry Darling"
"Hungry Heart"
"Fire"
"Because The Night"
"Racing In The Street"
"Backstreets"
"Ramrod"
"Rosalita (Come Out Tonight)"
"Jungleland"
"Born To Run"
"Detroit Medley"

Lady Gaga's 'Chromatica Ball Tour' Is Reportedly A Disaster

Lady Gaga's Chromatica Ball Tour is reportedly "an unhinged disaster."

A source revealed to Radar that the singer's team and Live Nation are "freaking out" over the drastically low ticket sales.

The insider told the outlet, "As of right now, the Chromatica Ball Tour is set to lose money." They added that most places are "only selling 40-50 percent of capacity.

The "Bad Romance" singer's tour is set to kick off in the U.S. at Nationals Park in Washington DC on August 8th.
