Doug, Enzo and Hurricane Harvey

Read about these special pets below and then go meet them at the Humane Educational Society! And please make a donation to The Humane Society of the United States, which is helping rescue animals displaced by Hurricane Harvey.

Doug

Doug is a big boy with a big smile and lots of love to give. He’s always been mostly indoors, so he’s housebroken and crate trained. Since he’s only a couple years old, he’s still very playful and energetic. He loves to romp and play with both people and other dogs. He gets along very nicely with other dogs and even seems okay with cats (but it’s good to be cautious introducing them anyway). Doug knows some basic commands such as sit and stay. He also rides well in a car and walks pretty well on leash. Doug will make a great family pet and will be a wonderful addition to just about any home. Come meet this handsome guy at the Humane Educational Society today!

Enzo

Enzo was just a wee little kitten when he first arrived at the Humane Educational Society. His mom took great care of him and now he’s a sweet, handsome boy ready for his forever home. At three months old, Enzo is a great age and size for someone who wants to adopt a kitten. He enjoys running around, pouncing, and wrestling with the other shelter kittens. He’s also a great snuggler and likes to sit on your shoulder for nap time. If you want to take home a feline friend who is entertaining and cuddly, this little guy is perfect for you. He’s waiting to meet you at the Humane Educational Society.
