From AOL Finance: The three main reasons people quit their jobs.. #3 – more money.. Raises aren’t given out as often as they used to be, so the financial bottom line can be important… #2 – workers find a job that is a “better fit”.  Maybe the new office is closer to the house, or maybe a more flexible schedule appeals to you.. And THE #1 reason people quit? A bad boss! Yes, a bad boss! I didn’t see that one coming, because I truly admire AND appreciate my boss. How about you?
