Ocoee Story Telling Fest
Storytelling at its finest! The Cleveland Storytelling Guild and the Museum Center at 5ive Points present the 25th annual Ocoee Story Fest. The featured storyteller of the evening is Tim Lowry. He will be telling stories at local schools in the days leading up to the festival, through funding by the Allied Arts Council of the Cleveland Bradley Chamber of Commerce. This festival is one of the longest-running storytelling festivals in the region. Members: FREE Non-Members: $5 (with a family maximum of $15) Friday 7-9pm

Eco Excursion
Join one of Reflection Riding’s favorite staff members, Byron Brooks, for these forays into the forest and other ecosystems around Reflection Riding every Saturday at noon. He will help attendees learn about plants and animals on our property, distinguish between native and non-native, and how to use the citizen science app iNaturalist to log what you find. Red Clay Renaissance Art Show
Join us on February 8, 2020 for the First Annual Red Clay Renaissance Art Show where we will be celebrating local artists’ creations of Cherokee History. The Colder the Bolder: Polar Plunge
Come and join hundreds of brave individuals on Saturday, February 8th 2020, and support Special Olympics Tennessee athletes by taking a chilly dip into our pool at The Green at Ross’ Landing. With a minimum of $75 in donations ($50 for students) each plunger receives the official long-sleeved Plunge t- shirt, complimentary lunch and all bragging rights associated with such a brave endeavor. 10:00 am -onsite registration opens,,11:00 am – costume contest, 11:30 am – plunge begins.

Family Fun Day at the Hunter
Come to the Hunter for an afternoon full of fun for the whole family on Sunday from 2-4pm! Activities will draw inspiration from the current special exhibition, Southbound: Photographs of and about the New South, and will include art-making, photography, a scavenger hunt, and more! Free with museum admission
