Wet Nose Wednesday
Happy Wet Nose Wednesday and Welcome Back to School!
It’s Wet Nose Wednesday in the Tennessee Valley as we partner with Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga. We have two sweet pets awaiting homes a HES and they are as cute as can be. With hundreds of animals at the shelter and over 500 kittens, with it being kitten season, we want to see these fur babies get forever homes.
Douglas 41622382
Meet Douglas! Douglas is a 3.5-month-old kitten who is growing into quite the handsome little man. Just look at THAT face! He’s a youngster, so you know he’s fun and loves to play. He’s also super around other felines. He spent his first few months in a foster home so he could become the big, happy, healthy boy he is today. We love our fosters families! Come meet this super cutie!
Spotty 41213018
This is Spotty, a 2-year-old Pointer mix who is very special. Spotty has a birth defect that makes his nose look a little unusual, but we think it makes him extra cute. Spotty loves people and does very well around friendly, respectful kids!! He is super treat motivated but is also a gentleman about treats. He KNOWS when there are treats in your bag, but would never dare take one without asking!! He loves a good booty scratch, too. The volunteers have taken him hiking with groups of doggos and he was wonderful! In playgroup, he seems a bit indifferent and might get irritated with a bouncy playful guy, but corrects well. He’s a SUPER good dog and we’d love to see him go to a super good home.
