Wet Nose Wednesday

Reina came to us in not-so-good shape and very scared. She had irritated skin from a bad flea infestation but she quickly improved now that she is in caring hands. The love we are showing her has also helped her come out of her shell and learn to trust humans again. Although she is shy when she first meets you, she quickly warms up, giving you lots of kisses when you pet her. She is learning to play with toys (we’re not sure if she ever had a chance to do this before), and walks well on leash, showing off the cutest little prance. When she walks, she puts her ears back and looks like an otter – so adorable!  She’s all about her snuggles but will totally hang in the background when you need some space. Come and meet Reina, but be warned – she will melt your heart.

Eddie is a playful, active 4-month-old kitten who loves running and playing with toys. When he’s run out of energy, he enjoys cuddling in your lap or on a soft blanket. He has been around other cats and dogs and plays well with everyone. He can play rough at times, so would do best with an older cat that can help continue teaching him manners. He has been around kids also, but would do better with children 5+.  He’s quite a climber and will go to any height to get close to the people he loves!
