Herbert is an 8-year-old pittie mix with the best ears and an even better personality! He’s a total sweetheart- affectionately called “Herbie The Lovebug” – and is described as the BEST snuggler ever! Herbert loves to curl up next to (and sometimes even on
top of) you for some cuddles, and is such a loyal and loving guy. He loves to be pet, enjoys his daily walks and playtime, and is a wonderful companion for his current foster family. Potty trained, a couch potato, and a good listener, this guy has it all!
Herbert is pretty dog selective, so he may not get along with other dogs, but he has lived with cats in the past and did well with them! Herbert is a wonderful boy who is waiting patiently for his forever family to finally find him and recognize what a truly
special dog he is!

If you enjoy the kind of roommate who generally keeps to themself, Gloria is your gal. She isn’t completely standoffish though, she is quite playful, loves a good feather toy, and enjoys getting pet when she feels like it. She will come hang out with you and chill on the couch, but mostly she’s into her own world and leaves you to yours. At just 6-months-old, Gloria has already spent over half her life in HES’s care. She came in with two brothers when they were just a few months old, so she may benefit from having other kitties in her forever home to keep her company!
