Ashanti is a professional social butterfly, full-time best friend, and part-time picnic table supervisor. She LOVES making friends – human, dog, or cat, it doesn’t matter to her! She cannot pass a single person without stopping to say hello. (It’s just good
manners.) Ashanti came from a home with a lot of dogs and not enough care, but despite it all, she still wakes up every day excited to love everyone and enjoy life. She loves walks, playtime with doggie friends, and she’s known for climbing onto picnic tables
during shelter staff lunch breaks so she can lay beside everyone while they eat – a pastime everyone looks forward to every day now. She’s searching for a family of her own – people to walk beside, cuddle with, laugh with, and love forever. She’s spent enough
time waiting for her happy ending, but we still believe it’s out there. Maybe it’s with you.

Scrappy 187486

This is Scrappy, He’s 2-years-old going on 20. He’s an old soul and prefers to spend the day napping and watching you piddle around the house. When you aren’t looking, he’ll run around and play – he really likse paper bags for pouncing and feathers for chasing.
Scrappy was clearly an excellent hunter in his past life as a tiger. He is currently living in a foster home with other kitties, and they enjoy each other’s company so he’d likely be okay with a cat friend. All in all, Scrappy would like to find someone who
will let me lounge, feed me, and teach me about human love and safety in a quiet home.
