This restaurant is out of this world…almost. Florida-based startup Space Perspective is looking to build a restaurant in the stratosphere in 2025. Michelin-starred chef Rasmus Munk has been tasked with crafting this sky-high experience. He says the menu will be inspired by space innovation and may incorporate glowing “stars” and edible space junk from a satellite. The cost? $495,000 per ticket. (newser )
