Kentucky Rejected These Personalized License Plates
Kentucky has released the full list of rejected vanity license plates from 2023. Last year, 583 submissions were turned down by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Personalized Plate Review Committee. Many denied plates attempted to write swear words in a creative way, like by using numbers in place of letters. Some unusual, non-vulgar attempts included “Duck it”, “Kanye W”, “Dior”, “Ouija”, and “SEGA.” According to the guidelines, plates cannot exceed six letters, be discriminatory, or promote a political party, trademark, or brand name.
