Eggs are so expensive, might as well go gourmet with it. Did you hear science figured out a NEW way to cook them?

Researchers in Italy released the study last month. It’s called “periodic cooking,” and it’s not complicated. But it does take a while . . . 32 minutes.

The two parts of an egg don’t cook the same. Hard-boiling makes the egg white rubbery, which some people don’t like. But soft-boiling doesn’t fully cook the yolk. So they designed it to cook both parts perfectly.

It takes some dedication and TWO pots of water . . . one that’s 212 degrees, and one that’s 86 degrees.

You cook them for two minutes in the hot water . . . move them to the warm water for two minutes . . . then repeat the process SEVEN MORE TIMES.

After 32 minutes, you end up with perfectly cooked eggs. But is it worth it?
