Texas Dog Removes 11 Caps From Plastic Bottles In One Minute

A dachshund named Jerry has earned a Guinness World Records title by showcasing an impressive talent on his fourth birthday. The Texas-based canine belonging to owner Sathya Priya Easwaran managed to remove 11 caps from plastic bottles in just one minute, securing the record for “most plastic bottle caps removed by a dog in one minute.” As Easwaran explained, Jerry’s feat was achieved without any prior training or practice sessions. “This is an in-built quality that Jerry enjoys doing every time that we give him bottles. He just did it without any special practice. He is so focused. He challenges himself and he can just nail it when a task is given to him.” Easwaran noted that her family first discovered Jerry’s unique ability the very first time they provided him with a plastic bottle to play with. “He just wants a lot of challenges, a lot of tasks to accomplish, it’s motivation for him and he keeps doing it non-stop.” (UPI)
