Burglar Bear’s Break-In Foiled By Fearless 6-Pound Pomeranian

A home security camera in West Vancouver, British Columbia captured a remarkable encounter between a homeowner’s 6-pound Pomeranian and a bear that had wandered into the house. The footage shows the bear investigating the home’s TV before raiding the breakfast Kayla Kleine had set out for her small dog, Scout. Seconds later, the feisty Pomeranian comes running from another room, barking and chasing the startled bear out of the house. Kleine observed the small dog pursuing the much larger animal until it leapt over a fence, surmising that Scout was upset the bear had eaten his breakfast. Kleine praised her protective and cuddly companion, stating that while Scout is “really feisty,” he is also “really protective” of her and her husband. (UPI)
