The company that produced Rust has been slapped with a $136,793 fine by the New Mexico Occupational Health and Safety Bureau for its "willful and serious" violation of workplace safety procedures.

According to Deadline, ihe report concludes that Rust Movie Productions LLC's management "knew that firearm safety procedures were not being followed on set and demonstrated plain indifference to employee safety by failing to review work practices and take corrective action."

This is the maximum allowable fine, following the Bureaus' six-month investigation into the circumstances leading up to the shooting that killed Halyna Hutchins and wounded Joel Souza on October 21st, 2021.

Blac Chyna took the stand on Wednesday (April 20th) in her civil case against the Kardashians. During her testimony, she addressed Rob Kardashian's abuse allegations leading up to their breakup and the cancellation of their reality show.

According to Chyna, when the show was picked up for the second season in December 2016 the couple celebrated by joking around and "being silly." This accounted for two separate instances.

The reality star said that when she wrapped an iPhone cord around Kardashian's neck while he was playing video games, she meant no harm and was just trying to get him to pay attention to her. She added that although she pointed an unloaded gun at his head while he was on FaceTime with friends, it also wasn't serious.

Chyna, born Angela White, filed her lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family in 2017. The suit states, "Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016. In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show ‘Rob & Chyna', which had already begun filming a second season."

The Kardashian-Jenners filed a lawsuit of their own in retaliation that same year, claiming that Chyna "violently attacked Rob." Kim, Khloe, Kris, and Kylie are all expected to testify during the trial.

NeNe Leakes has filed a lawsuit against Bravo, Andy Cohen, production companies True Entertainment and Truly Original for a hostile and racist work environment. According to The AP, NeNe has alleged that her complaints of racism led to her being forced off of the show in 2020.

NeNe also claimed that she complained to producers for years about racist remarks from co-star Kim Zolciak Biermann for nine years and they instead of taking action against Kim, they retaliated against NeNe and forced her off of the show.

NeNe's lawyer David DeRubertis said in a statement, "From the day the series began filming, NeNe was the target of systemic racism from co-star Kim Zolciak-Biermann, which was tolerated by Bravo executive producer #AndyCohen and other executives."

DeRubertis continued, "As the Black Lives Matter movement swept our nation, Mrs. Leakes — Bravo's historically most successful Black female talent — should have been embraced by NBC, Bravo, and True.Instead, NBC, Bravo, and True forced her out of the ‘house she built,' denying her a regular role."

The suit goes on to allege that the defendants' actions violate federal employment and anti-discrimination law, which is why they are seeking monetary damages to be determined at trial.

His family told The Sun that he died on Wednesday (April 20th) morning after suffering a heart attack. Kiser — a farmer from Lebanon, Virginia — competed in Survivor's 22nd season, which aired in 2011, as a member of the Zapatera tribe.

'FAST X' STARTS PRODUCTION: Fast & Furious 10 will officially be titled Fast X. Vin Diesel shared the news on Instagram Wednesday (April 20th) as production began on the latest installment of the action franchise. It is set to bow in theaters on May 19th 2023.

According to the movie trailer released this week for Good Mourning, Machine Gun Kelly plays a celebrity whose girlfriend, played by his actual fiancé, Megan Fox, breaks up with him by text. From that point on, his world is turned upside down and his life is full of choices to become the biggest star in the world or fight for love.

Not only does MGK star in the film, but he wrote and directed it alongside Mod Sun. His good friend, Pete Davidson is also in the comedy.

On Tuesday (April 19th), Johnny Depp testified in the defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Depp took the stand in Fairfax, Virginia, and said that Heard's abuse allegations against him came as a "complete shock."

"Never did I myself reach the point of striking Ms. Heard in any way, nor have I ever struck any woman in my life," Depp said under oath.

He continued, "Since I knew there was no truth to it whatsoever, I felt it my responsibility to stand up not only for myself in that instance but stand up for my children, who at the time were 14 and 16."

"It's been six years of trying times. It's pretty strange when one day you're Cinderella, so to speak, then 0.6 seconds you're Quasimodo. I didn't deserve that, nor did my children, nor did the people who have believed in me for all these years. I didn't want any of those people to believe that I had done them wrong or lied to them or that I was a fraud. I pride myself on honesty," Depp said.

The Flash actor Ezra Miller was arrested in Hawaii for the second time on Tuesday (April 19th). They allegedly threw a chair that hit a woman in the forehead and are facing second-degree assault charges.

The police report states that Miller "was at a private residence in lower Puna and allegedly became angry after being asked to leave." The 26-year-old woman refused treatment for the injury.

Miller was reportedly arrested at a traffic stop around 1:30 a.m. and was released from jail at approximately 4 a.m.

In late March, Miller was also arrested in Hawaii for disorderly conduct after they allegedly grabbed the microphone from a woman singing karaoke and lunged at a man playing darts.

The Hawaii Police Department said Miller has been the subject of 10 calls in less than a month.

Page Six reports that Ewan McGregor will marry his Fargo costar Mary Elizabeth Winstead in Los Angeles on Friday (April 22nd). The soon-to-be newlyweds met in late 2016 on the set of the FX TV show, where they played a couple.

A source told the outlet, "They are more in love than ever — and having their first child together last year just strengthened their bond."

Winstead and her husband of seven years, Riley Stearns, announced that they were divorcing in April 2017, after the third season of Fargo premiered. McGregor and Winstead were spotted "canoodling" in London later that year.

Following this, it was reported that McGregor had separated from his wife of more than 20 years, Eve Mavrakis. The pair finalized their divorce in August 2020.

McGregor and Winstead bought a home together in the Topanga Canyon area of Los Angeles in 2019, and they welcomed their first child, Laurie, in June 2020.

Fans were concerned about Liza Minnelli's health following the 94th annual Academy Awards, after the Cabaret star appeared onstage in a wheelchair with Lady Gaga to present the award for Best Picture. However, on Tuesday's (April 19th) episode of Sirius XM's Jess Cagle Show, Minnelli's longtime friend, Michael Feinstein, said the legendary actress was "sabotaged."

According to Feinstein, Minnelli "only agreed to appear on the Oscars if she would be in the director's chair, 'cause she's been having back trouble." He went on to say that she didn't want people to "worry" about her, but then a stage manager told her she had to go out in a wheelchair five minutes before she was set to appear onstage.

The pianist, who was backstage with Minnelli at the time, claimed she replied, "No, I will not be seen in a wheelchair in front of everybody. I will not do this. I refused to do this." Eventually Minelli caved and said, "I'll do it," but she was "so shaken that she was discombobulated."

"Can you imagine being suddenly forced to be seen by millions of people the way you don't wanna be seen? That's what happened to her," Feinstein added.

In the May 2022 issue of ELLE, Rachel Zegler said being asked about her costar Ansel Elgort's sexual assault allegations was a "real gut punch" when she was out promoting West Side Story.

Zegler and Elgort play the leads in the musical, which finished filming in 2019. In 2020, Elgort was accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl in 2014, when he was 20 years old. Elgort released a statement denying the claims.

Zegler told the magazine, "I was sitting there having just turned 19, on the precipice of what was promised to be the biggest moment in my life, and was being held accountable by the public for accusations that not only had nothing to do with me but were made about a situation that was said to have occurred five years prior to when I had met and worked with this person."

An eyewitness told the publication they were "enjoying each other's company" and described them as "happy-go-lucky."

Spokesperson Matthew Maeza said, "We are on track to release the report by the April 21 deadline. I don't have details about the report findings to share at this time."

BEN AFFLECK TO DIRECT NIKE DRAMA FOR AMAZON: According to Deadline, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon will be together again in a Nike drama directed by Affleck for Amazon. Damon will play former Nike executive Sonny Vaccarro, who helped the company secure a shoe deal with Michael Jordan in the 1980s, while Affleck will play Nike co-founder Phil Knight.

IT'S ALL COMING BACK TO ME SETS RELEASE DATE: Variety reports that the romantic drama It's All Coming Back to Me, featuring the music of Celine Dion, is scheduled to be released on February 10th, 2023, just in time for Valentine's Day. Priyanka Chopra Jonas stars in the film alongside Sam Heughan.

The jury selection process began on Monday (April 18th) for Blac Chyna's $100 million lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family. Four members of the family were present at the Los Angeles courthouse, including Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kris Jenner, and Kylie Jenner.

Chyna was present in the courthouse as well, along with her attorney. Chyna's ex, Rob Kardashian, was not present on Monday (April 18th).

Viola Davis is an Oscar, Tony, and Emmy award-winning actress, but some fans are having trouble looking past her portrayal of former First Lady Michelle Obama in the new series The First Lady. Viewers seemed particularly distracted by the way she pursed her lips while in character.

Fans took to Twitter to voice their opinions, with one user tweeting, "They set Viola Davis up by allowing her keep her mouth that way throughout the filming. It's so cringey and distracting."

Others likened her performance to a parody. "I love viola davis but I cant take this First Lady thing seriously. The mouth thing looks like satire and she literally could've done without doing it the whole time. That's not how Michelle always looks or talks anyways," another user said.

However, some fans came to the How to Get Away with Murder actress' defense. Davis told Vanity Fair recently that she studied Obama by listening to her podcasts "over 100 times" and watching numerous videos of her. "So what I really wanted to do with my performance was to protect her, to honor her, and not be the perception that black women are angry and hostile," Davis said.

On The Ellen DeGeneres Show Monday (April 18th), Black-ish star Anthony Anderson shared a hilarious story about the time a stranger offered him a ride home from Best Buy.

"I was walking down the street one day and I realized I need to go into Best Buy and buy these televisions for my new apartment, because March Madness is gonna start and I wanted to watch the game that night," Anderson said.

"So I go in there, buy some televisions, and they tell me they can't deliver 'em till Wednesday. I was like, 'But it's Saturday and I need to watch these games tonight.' And the gentleman ahead of me was like, 'Hey, man, I'll take you home.'"

What Anderson didn't know was that the man's "lady friend" was in the car waiting for him and that his truck was filled with work equipment. Anderson also ended up buying three televisions.

Anderson continued, "He was gonna leave his lady friend on the side of the road and come back for her. I was like, 'Hey, man, no, you can't do that.' He was like, 'Oh, okay, yeah yeah. Well, you know, she's bigger than me, so let me sit on her lap.' And so he sat on her lap on the passenger side and I drove."

Jennifer Grey is opening up about getting her nose done. The Dirty Dancing star recently spoke to People about her forthcoming memoir Out of the Corner and the rhinoplasties that changed the course of her career.

At the encouragement of her mother, Grey got her first nose job following the release of Dirty Dancing in 1987. "She loves me, loved me, always has, and she was pragmatic because she was saying, ‘Guess what? It's too hard to cast you. Make it easier for them.' And then I did and she was right. After her second rhinoplasty, Grey was at a premiere when Michael Douglas turned around and didn't even recognize her. "That was the first time I had gone out in public. And it became the thing, the idea of being completely invisible, from one day to the next," she said.

Grey continued, "In the world's eyes, I was no longer me. and the weird thing was that thing that I resisted my whole life, and the thing I was so upset with my mother for always telling me I should do my nose."

While Julia Roberts is best known for romantic comedies like Pretty Woman and Notting Hill, it turns out she hasn't actually starred in one in 20 years. In a recent interview with The New York Times, Roberts explains why.

"It wasn't by design, so much as not finding something that I was interested in. I was surprised how quickly the years seemed to go by," she said.

The August: Osage County actress added that she just didn't feel like the scripts were up to snuff. "People sometimes misconstrue the amount of time that's gone by that I haven't done a romantic comedy as my not wanting to do one. CHARLIE SHEEN AND BROOKE MUELLER SETTLE THEIR CHILD SUPPORT CASE: According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, settled their child support case on April 11th. Sheen and Mueller agreed on an "undisclosed financial agreement in the Los Angeles Superior Court ruling" for their twin 13-year-old sons, Bob and Max. Sheen's lawyer, Gregory J. Pedrick, told the publication Monday (April 18th), "Mr. Sheen and Ms. Mueller recognize together the great benefit to their children in peacefully, privately coming to terms focused on the family's overall best interests. They should be applauded for making that happen."

TRAVIS BARKER WISHES KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN A HAPPY BIRTHDAY: On Instagram Monday (April 18th), Travis Barker posted in honor of Kourtney Kardashian's 43rd birthday. Rio was the son of Taylor Hackford and the stepson of Helen Mirren. He held roles in The Mandalorian, Swingers, and Treme, and he owned a popular club in New Orleans.

JASON MOMOA IN TALKS TO STAR IN MINECRAFT: According to Deadline, Jason Momoa is in early talks to star in Warner Bros. live-action Minecraft film. Napoleon Dynamite's Jared Hess is set to direct the film, which is based on the popular video game.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shared a sweet moment during the opening ceremony for the Invictus Games on Saturday (April 16th). After giving a heartfelt speech, Markle introduced her "incredible husband" and welcomed Harry onto the stage—where the couple shared a loving kiss.

During her speech, the Duchess of Sussex said she and Harry were "so grateful" to the Netherlands for "welcoming us and for hosting the Invictus Games," a sporting event held for wounded, injured, and sick veterans.

"For each team, my husband and I both recognize it's been a lot to get here both physically and emotionally. Not least of which for the Ukraine team, who we are all standing with," she said.

Markle thanked the veterans in attendance for their service and said of her husband, "I could not love and respect him more and I know that all of you feel the same because he's your fellow veteran, having served two tours of duty in Afghanistan and 10 years of military service."

In a Sunday Sitdown with Today's Willie Geist, Best in Show actress Jane Lynch shared just how she proposed to her wife, Jennifer Cheyne.

"Jennifer and I have been together forever and we were shopping for insurance for her and I said, ‘Let's just get married.' So that's how romantic it went," Lynch said.

While the proposal may have been a little lackluster, Lynch said the wedding itself was a "really beautiful thing."

"We live in Santa Barbara and we went to their courtyard, or courthouse, which is a beautiful old Spanish building. It's a mission building. Rejection is never easy. Kaley Cuoco recently shared that she was "devastated" after finding out she wasn't chosen for the Knives Out sequel. In her April 2022 cover story for Glamour, Cuoco said she "cried all night" when she lost the part to Kate Hudson.

After eight years together, Russian Doll actress Natasha Lyonne confirmed that she and Portlandia star Fred Armisen have broken up—over a swimming pool.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Lyonne said, "I had been in Los Angeles living with Fred and during COVID. I honestly think we broke up because I wanted a swimming pool."
