Georgia Group Plays Kickball For 52 Hours To Break World Record

A Georgia nonprofit has set a new Guinness World Record for the longest marathon playing kickball, clocking in at 52 consecutive hours. Men Opposing Sex Trafficking (MOST) gathered 27 men and 13 women to start a kickball game in Fairburn, Georgia on Friday morning. The marathon match, which included female players for the first time, raised over $200,000 for the organization’s efforts to combat human trafficking. This is MOST’s third Guinness record, having previously held the titles for longest softball and basketball games. Founder Bruce Deel says the physical challenges help raise awareness and funds for the nonprofit’s core mission. (Story URL)
