Nickelback To Be Inducted Into Canadian Music Hall Of Fame

Nickelback will be inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame as part of next year’s Juno Awards.
Through a press release, frontman Chad Kroeger said, “We take so much pride in our Canadian roots and are extremely humbled by this honor.” Since winning their first Juno in 2001 for best new group, Nickelback has amassed a total of 12 awards at the show.
Previous Hall of Fame inductees include bands such as Barenaked Ladies, Rush, and Loverboy.
The show, which is Canada’s equivalent of the Grammys will take place in Edmonton, Alberta, on March 13.
Nickelback has even more reason to celebrate this week… Tomorrow (11-18) the band will release Get Rollin’, their 10th studio album.
