Three Men Sue American Airlines For Plane Removal

Three Black men are alleging that American Airlines removed them unfairly from a flight after an attendant complained about body odor. The three men did not know one another before the January 5th incident. According to the lawsuit, a total of eight Black men were removed from the plane before it departed from Phoenix to New York. Video recordings showed the men asking for an explanation, as it appeared that only Black men were being asked to leave the plane. “What happened to us was wrong. Imagine a flight attendant ordering every white person off a plane because of a complaint about one white person,” the plaintiffs said. (NBC DFW)
