The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga hosts an Annual Autumn Children’s Festival every year. However, this year it is a virtual event from September 29 – October 3, there will be online fun, family-friendly activities from magic tricks, martial arts lessons, a cooking class, face painting lessons and more! 6-7 p.m and Saturday Oct. 3 from 9 a.m.-noon *FREE to attend

Scarecrows on the Farm

Join Crabtree Farms for Scarecrows on the Farm as families, friend groups, artists, community groups, businesses/organizations, schools, and individuals compete in the first annual scarecrow event and you can vote for the winner. Enjoy a Pumpkin patch with pumpkin carving on Saturday Oct 17th and 24th and a fresh produce available Scarecrows will be displayed at Crabtree Farms from October 3rd through October 31st. Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park has reopened access to: Point Park, including Ochs Observatory Deck, Ochs Museum, and the resumption of entrance fee collection using self-service automated fee machines, Sunset Rock, Signal Point, Chickamauga Battlefield Visitor Center, including America’s National Parks bookstore (11 am– 3 pm, daily), and the Chickamauga Battlefield Recreation Field.
