These sweet babies need a home!

This week we are going to highlight a couple of seniors who could use some loving forever homes.

Buddy is a 12-year-old Chihuahua mix and he really wants a nice forever home where he can be treated like the precious little guy he is. The shelter is no place for a senior citizen, so maybe you could take him home and make him part of your family. Buddy is a little on the shy side at times, but he is very mellow, low-maintenance, and he’s small so he doesn’t need a lot of room on the couch! He absolutely loves car rides. It is perhaps his most favorite thing ever! He also enjoys leisurely walks where he can check things out and stop to smell the roses. Snickers is another shy, sweet senior looking for her forever home. This 7-year-old long-haired Calico is simply gorgeous. When you first meet her, you’ll notice she is a little nervous. If you offer her your hand, she will politely sniff it and, if she approves of you, allow you to softly pet her head. Snickers enjoys being petted as long as you are slow and gentle about it. She really enjoys cat treats and, believe it or not, likes playing with a wand toy. Snickers is front and back declawed, so she absolutely must be indoor only.
