The City Landfill and the 5 Recycling Centers in the city will be closed on both Good Friday and on Easter Sunday. But both will be open this Saturday the 16th

Easter Sunrise Services are back, this Sunday morning at Chattanooga Memorial Park, near the duck pond in Red Bank. The service will begin at 7:30am, will include refreshments, and doves will be released at the end of the Easter Service. That’s this Sunday morning.

TDOT will halt construction on Tennessee highways, for Easter weekend, from 6pm this Thursday night, April 14th, until 6am Monday morning, April 18th. There MAY be some long-term construction projects still on-going, but most of the highways will be clear

In Athens, Tennessee, kids can hunt for 12,000 eggs, at the Regional Park on Decatur Pike. Kids ages 12 and under will hunt for eggs at the same time, and some of the eggs will have prizes! The fun starts at 4:00 this Saturday the 16th in Athens, so bring your basket!

The Ministry Center at 2929 Hamill Road in Hixson invites your family to a community-wide Easter Egg-Stravaganza.. It’s this Saturday the 16th starting at 10am, and it’s free. Pony rides, inflatables, games, face painting, and hunting for 15,000 eggs, for all ages.
