The East Ridge Animal Rescue Center is now at its new location, 5302 Stone Street, off of Ringgold Road near McBrien. And their new phone number is (423) 468-1432. They are open weekdays, AND the first and third Saturdays of each month.

VOLS baseball is coming to AT&T Field. The “Fall World Series Game” is Wednesday, Nov. 6th, featuring two teams made up of the 2025 Tennessee Vols Baseball Roster. First pitch will be at 6pm and the game will go 9 innings. Tickets are available now at Lookouts.com, are $12 each, and are general admission.

The “Gala Of Hope” event to benefit the American Cancer Society is October 25th at the Hunter Museum. The evening includes light bites, auctions, and more. And your dollars help local cancer patients. Get tickets online at ACSgala.org (for American Cancer Society).

The Mid-South Symphonic Band will present a free concert, this Thursday Oct. 10th, at Christ United Methodist on East Brainerd Road. You’ll enjoy classical masterpieces and contemporary favorites, from 60 area musicians. The FREE concert starts at 7:30pm this Thursday at Christ United Methodist.
