Matthew Lawrence and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas went Instagram official over the weekend, to the delight of many fans. The pair shared a joint post in which they happily danced and sang along to A-ha's "Take on Me" in matching pajamas.

"#onesiegang #wecute," Chilli captioned the post. Lawrence's Boy Meets World costar, Danielle Fishel, commented on the post, "This makes me very happy!!"

A rep for Chilli told Entertainment Tonight that the pair have been dating for a couple of months. "Chilli and Matthew are dating and spent Thanksgiving and Christmas in Atlanta, where Matthew met Chilli's family," her rep said. "I've been with Chilli since 2005 and I've never seen her this in love. She is glowing. They are really cute together."

This news comes after the pair were spotted in Hawaii together last year—denying romance rumors at the time.

LAMAR ODOM HAD ‘FULL-BLOWN RELATIONSHIPS ON THE ROAD' WHILE MARRIED TO KHLOE KARDASHIAN: Lamar Odom got candid about his struggles with addiction and his relationship to Khloe Kardashian in Lamar Odom: Sex, Drugs & Kardashians, which premiered on Fox Monday night (January 2nd). In addition to saying that cocaine was his "girlfriend" at the time, he also opened up about cheating on Kardashian. Odom also shared that one time he was with another woman, and she ended up having to call Kardashian. "I'm going so heavy with the drugs that the woman gets into my phone, calls Khloe, and says, ‘Girl, you've got to come get him,'" he said.

EMILY RATAJKOWSKI IS DONE WITH MEN ‘DON'T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE' HER: Emily Ratajkowski said on Tuesday's (January 3rd) episode of her High Low podcast that she doesn't want to date any more men who "don't know how to handle" strong women—especially the ones who "truly think they want" that in a partner. ‘ROMEO AND JULIET' STARS SUE PARAMOUNT PICTURES FOR SEXUAL ABUSE: According to court documents obtained by People, Olivia Hussey and Leonard Whiting, the stars of the 1968 film Romeo and Juliet, have filed a lawsuit against Paramount Pictures for sexual harassment, fraud, sexual abuse, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit states that the pair "had no choice but to act in the nude with body makeup as demanded on the last day of filming," after the late director Franco Zeffirelli told them the movie "would fail" if they didn't. Hussey and Whiting were 15 and 16 at the time.

AL ROKER WILL RETURN TO THE ‘TODAY' SHOW THIS WEEK: On Tuesday's (January 3rd) episode of the Today show, co-host Hoda Kotb told viewers Al Roker would be returning to the show later this week. "We have some great news to share this morning: Al is coming back to the show," co-host Savannah Guthrie said. Kotb added, "People was like, ‘When, when?' Well, we have our day: He'll be here Friday. He'll be right here in Studio 1A." Roker temporarily left the show in November, when he was hospitalized due to blood clots in his legs and lungs.

CHECK OUT THE TRAILER FOR THE SECOND SEASON OF ‘THE HUNTERS:' According to The Hollywood Reporter, Prime Video dropped the trailer for the second season of The Hunters on Tuesday (January 3rd). In the trailer, Al Pacino's character says, "You bring Hitler to justice, and it's done, Jonah Lerman. You can finally be free." The second and final season, set to air on the streaming platform January 13th, comes nearly three years after the premiere of the first season.

TRACEE ELLIS ROSS JOINS EDDIE MURPHY FOR ‘CANDY CANE LANE:' According to Deadline, Black-ish star Tracee Ellis Ross will be starring alongside Eddie Murphy in the Prime Video holiday movie Candy Cane Lane. This is the first of three movies in a "three-picture and first-look film deal between Murphy and Amazon Studios." Details about the plot are being kept under wraps for now.

Avengers star Jeremy Renner was airlifted to a hospital in Nevada on Sunday (January 1st), following an accident involving a snowplow. One of his neighbors said the plow accidentally ran over one of his legs, causing him to lose a lot of blood.

The Hawkeye actor’s rep said he was in “critical but stable condition” on Sunday night (January 1st), adding that “his family is with him, and he is receiving excellent care.”

Renner lives near Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe and has posted videos to social media showing him clearing out snow after storms in the past. “I have so much respect for Mother Earth, and Mother Nature … I expect to lose the fight but I’ll always give it my best shot #tahoelife life #snowthrower,” he captioned a video shared in December of 2021.

On Monday (January 2nd), Ellen DeGeneres shared a touching clip from the last episode of her show to Instagram—in honor of her longtime friend and costar, Stephen “tWitch” Boss. "I will forever be grateful that the show ended with tWitch by my side," she captioned the video. Boss died from suicide at the age of 40 in December.

In the clip, which originally aired in May of 2022, tWitch shared what he appreciated most about being part of the show. “What I’m feeling most of all is grateful and thankful ... Everybody put so much care into this show because you stepped out in courage, and we appreciate you," he said to DeGeneres. "And so I’m just so grateful that I got to be a part of this and be a part of this family.”

DeGeneres responded by sharing how the pair always said, “I love you,” to one another every time they said goodbye. "This atmosphere is a family," she added.

Just ahead of the release of his memoir Spare, Prince Harry sat down with Anderson Cooper for a 60 Minutes interview. In a clip shared Monday (January 2nd), Harry explains why he and Meghan Markle handled their issues with the British royal family in a public manner.

The Duke of Sussex said he tried to deal with the matter privately. “Every single time I tried to do it privately there have been briefings and leakings and planting of stories against me and my wife,” he said. “You know, the family motto is ‘Never complain, never explain.’ It’s just a motto.”

Disgraced former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell and his wife Janet Von Schmeling are going their separate ways after four years of marriage. According to Page Six, the pair are headed for divorce, and Bell has begun treatment.

This comes after the Drake & Josh star was seen huffing balloons in his car in December, with his young son in the back seat. A source told the outlet that Von Schmeling has “had enough.”

Bell also pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years of probation and 200 hours of community service for child endangerment in 2017, after a woman accused him of sexually abusing her when she was 15. “He was calculating. He preyed on me and sexually abused me,” she said during the hearing. “He is a monster and a danger to children.”

ROBIN ROBERTS AND AMBER LAIGN TO MARRY IN 2023: On Monday’s (January 2nd) episode of Good Morning America, Robin Roberts shared that she and her girlfriend of nearly 18 years, Amber Laign, are going to get hitched in 2023. “I’m saying yes to marriage. We’re getting married this year,” she said. Roberts added that the pair “talked about” marriage in the past but decided to “put it off” once Laign was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2021. JORDAN DIED: Angela Bassett’s 16-year-old son, Slater Vance, issued an apology on Instagram Monday (January 2nd) for participating in a TikTok trend in which one falsely claims a celebrity has died and films another person’s reaction to the news. Vance told his parents that Bassett’s Black Panther costar Michael B. Jordan died. “I would sincerely like to apologize to Michael B. Jordan’s entire family, his extended family, and him directly as he is an idol of mine,” Vance said in a video. “Taking part in a trend like this is completely disrespectful. I don’t wish any bad ramifications of this of my actions upon his family nor my parents as they deserve none of the backlash.”

IRELAND BALDWIN IS PREGNANT WITH HER FIRST CHILD: Ireland Baldwin is expecting her first child! ‘YELLOWSTONE’ SEASON 5 RETURN DATE IS ANNOUNCED: According to People, the fifth season of Yellowstone will return from its midseason break in the summer of 2023. Paramount dropped a teaser trailer for fans in the meantime, which includes shots of Kevin Costner as John Dutton.

LESLIE GRACE SHARES ‘BATGIRL’ COSTUME FROM SHELVED FILM: In a 2022 compilation video posted to Instagram on Sunday (January 1st), Leslie Grace gave fans a glimpse at her costume in Batgirl, which was shelved by Warner Bros. and DC Films earlier in the year. “thank u for teachin’ me, 2022. you were singular in many ways that will stay with me,” she wrote in the caption. “my gratitude and love for life is much deeper thanks to the experiences you brought me. i take your lessons with me as we part.”

‘1899’ CANCELLED AFTER ONE SEASON: According to Deadline, the Netflix mystery thriller 1899 has been scrapped after just one season. Co-showrunners Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar announced the news on Monday (January 2nd), writing, “With a heavy heart we have to tell you that 1899 will not be renewed. We would have loved to finish this incredible journey with a 2nd and 3rd season as we did with Dark. But sometimes things don’t turn out the way you planned.”

GEORGE R.R. MARTIN SAYS SOME ‘GAME OF THRONES’ SPINOFFS HAVE BEEN SHELVED: Game of Thrones creator George R.R. Martin announced on his blog recently that some of the show’s potential spinoffs have been shelved, while others remain in development. He wrote that he is working on “several of the other [Game of Thrones] successor shows that we’re developing with HBO. (Some of those are moving faster than others, as is always the case with development. None have been greenlit yet, though we are hoping … maybe soon. A couple have been shelved, but I would not agree that they are dead. You can take something off the shelf as easily as you can put it on the shelf. All the changes at HBO Max have impacted us, certainly).”

Anthony Hopkins didn’t just celebrate the New Year over the weekend—he also celebrated a monumental 47 years of sobriety. The Hannibal actor shared a video to Instagram on Thursday (December 29th) to announce the news.

“I’m celebrating 47 years today of sobriety,” he said. “This is a message not meant to be heavy, but I hope helpful. I am a recovering alcoholic. And to you out there — I know there are people struggling. In this day and age of cancel and hatred and non-compromise, children being bullied, I say… Be kind to yourself. Be kind. Stay out of the circle of toxicity with people, if they offend you. Live your life. Be proud of your life.”

The Meet Joe Black actor wanted to share this message to encourage others to seek help if they need it. “Forty seven years ago I was in a desperate situation, in despair and probably not long to live. I just had to acknowledge one day that there was something really wrong with me,” he said. “Depression is part of being alive, sometimes as is anxiety. Life is tough. But if you need help with any addiction or problem, talk to someone. Talk to someone you respect, whether it’s a counselor or to go to a 12-step program. It doesn’t cost a thing, but it will give you a whole new life,” Hopkins added.

ANDY COHEN ASKS NICK CANNON IF HE’S PLANNING ON GETTING A VASECTOMY: Andy Cohen went there with Nick Cannon on CNN’s New Year’s Eve special Saturday night (December 31st). The Watch What Happens Live host asked Cannon if he planned on getting a vasectomy, after Cannon welcomed his 12th child to the world with Alyssa Scott earlier this month. The Wild ‘N Out host laughed and replied, "Is that what you want me to get? This is my body, my choice."

KATHY GRIFFIN CRITICIZES ANDY COHEN BEFORE NEW YEAR’S EVE BROADCAST: On Saturday (December 31st), Kathy Griffin shared an old video of Andy Cohen pretending to not know who she is after he took over her hosting duties for CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live show. “Ugh. Every year someone sends me this clip around New Year’s Eve. This guy was my boss for years. Decided whether or not I worked at Bravo. Can you imagine seeing your ex boss on TMZ like…this? Ouch! The photo shows Arsema Thomas playing a young Lady Danbury. The series is expected to focus on Queen Charlotte’s rise to power. 

T.J. Holmes filed for divorce from his second wife, Marilee Fiebig, on Wednesday (December 28th) in New York City. This comes after the news broke in November that he and his GMA3 co-host Amy Robach were allegedly having an affair. The pair have been photographed together a few times since.

Holmes and Fiebig were married for 12 years, and together they share a nine-year-old daughter, Sabine.

A source previously told Page Six that Fiebig was "blindsided" by the news of Holmes' relationship with Robach, though they had been separated for months. "She's devastated. She had no idea," the source said, adding that they "were just together for T.J.'s birthday on Aug. 19."

Nick Cannon and Alyssa Scott announced the birth of their second child Thursday (December 29th). Their daughter, Halo Marie Cannon, was born on Wednesday (December 14th). She is the Wild ‘N Out star's 12th child overall.

Scott shared a touching video montage to Instagram that included footage from the delivery. "December 14, 2022. Our lives are forever changed," she captioned the post. The model also honored Zen, the baby she and Cannon lost to brain cancer last year at just five months old. "Zen is in every breath I take. I know his spirit was with us in the room that morning. I know he is watching down on us. He shows me signs every day. I will hold onto this memory forever," she wrote.

Scott added, "I will remember the sound of Nick's voice saying 'it's a girl' and the look of everything we've been through flash across his face. I will remember the sound of her crying out with her first breath and feeling her heartbeat against mine. My sweet girl, I got my surprise!! We love you Halo Marie Cannon!"

KIM KARDASHIAN HAS A ‘FANTASY' ABOUT GETTING MARRIED A FOURTH TIME: Kim Kardashian spoke with Gwyneth Paltrow on The goop Podcast recently and said the "fourth time's a charm" when it comes to marriage. When Paltrow asked her if she would ever get married again, she responded, "I don't know," but added, "I have this fantasy in my head, like fourth's time's a charm, it's gonna — it's gonna work out."

JAMEELA JAMIL OPENS UP ABOUT EHLERS-DANLOS SYNDROME: The Good Place actress Jameela Jamil took to Instagram on Wednesday (December 28th) to share that she has a rare tissue disorder called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. After stretching the skin on her face and extending her arm, she said, "It pertains to my joints. As you can see, nothing bends the right way, everything bends the right and the wrong way." She said she wanted to inform people about of the disorder "in spite of the fact that people like to make fun of me over my health." The She-Hulk actress also wrote in the video caption, "Ps. Sorry I don't talk about this more often. The internet made fun of me over my health problems and it made me suicidal for a while. But they are just a bunch of ignorant arseholes who haven't a hundredth of our strength, they can't imagine surviving what we survive, so they choose to gaslight us about it all instead. I'm done not talking to the people who MATTER about this hugely important subject because a bunch of people lucky to have good health, have no souls. Let's raise awareness on this subject together, and save some motherfucking lives!"

COURTNEY LOVE SAYS SHE WAS FIRED FROM ‘FIGHT CLUB' FOR GOING ‘NUCLEAR' ON BRAD PITT: On a recent episode of the WTF With Marc Maron podcast, Courtney Love explained that she was fired from the 1999 movie Fight Club and replaced by Helena Bonham Carter because she didn't want Brad Pitt to play her late husband, Kurt Cobain, in a potential film. She recalled telling Pitt, "I don't know if I trust you, and I don't know that your movies are for profit. They're really good social justice movies, but … if you don't get me, you kind of don't get Kurt, and I don't feel like you do, Brad." She added, "I wouldn't let Brad play Kurt. I went nuclear. I don't do Faust. Who the f – – k do you think you are?" Apparently, Pitt approached her again about a Cobain biopic in 2020. "My friend Cameron Crowe told me Brad Pitt was put on this earth to stalk you for Kurt, which has been going on since 1996," she said.

ANDY COHEN CLARIFIES THAT HE WON'T BE DRINKING ON CNN'S NEW YEAR'S EVE BROADCAST: Andy Cohen told Page Six that this year's New Year's Eve broadcast on CNN will not be a repeat of last year's. "We aren't drinking, but we're going to have a blast," he said. This comes after the Watch What Happens Live host told Rolling Stone in an interview published Wednesday (December 28th), "CNN said the correspondents will not be drinking." He added, "Anderson and I will be the people partying on CNN though we will be partying responsibly. My job is to take Anderson out of his comfort zone and my job is to be a party ringleader for everyone watching us on New Year's Eve. And that is what I will continue to do. And as a matter of fact, If the correspondents are not drinking this year, I will be partying even harder on their behalf."

STARS HONOR FASHION DESIGNER VIVIENNE WESTWOOD: According to The Hollywood Reporter, many in Hollywood took to social media on Thursday (December 29th) to honor the late fashion designer Vivienne Westwood, who died "peacefully and surrounded by her family" at the age of 81. Juliette Lewis wrote of Westwood, "She was always creating for the future by looking unflinchingly and seeringly sic into the now … She didn't just question main stream age & beauty standards. She didn't even see or acknowledge them as having anything to do with the relevance and necessity for individualistic aesthetic expression." Lena Headey added, "I always felt safe with her in the world. Legend… Total legend. Wild and inspirational. It's all a bit more wonky now. Please still create magic, wherever you are."

Whoopi Goldberg is facing backlash for "doubling down" on the comments she made about the Holocaust earlier in the year. In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, Goldberg once again claimed the Holocaust "wasn't originally" about race.

When The Sunday Times interviewer explained to her that "the Nazis measured the heads and noses of Jews to ‘prove' they were a distinct race," she replied, "They did that to Black people too. But it doesn't change the fact that you could not tell a Jew on a street. You could find me. You couldn't find them. That was the point I was making. But you would have thought that I'd taken a big old stinky dump on the table, butt naked."

The Ghost actress issued a statement Tuesday (December 27th) after receiving criticism for the interview. "It was never my intention to appear as if I was doubling down on hurtful comments, especially after talking with and hearing people like rabbis and old and new friends weighing in," she said.

"I'm still learning a lot and believe me, I heard everything everyone said to me. I believe that the Holocaust was about race, and I am still as sorry now as I was then that I upset, hurt and angered people," The View co-host added.

On Tuesday's (December 27th) episode of Brooke Shields' Now What? podcast, Chelsea Handler opened up about her breakup with Jo Koy earlier this year.

"There were just some behaviors that we couldn't agree on, and it felt to me like I would have to abandon myself—which maybe I would have been OK to do if I were 20 or 25—but I wasn't willing to do that," she said. "No matter how much I loved this person, and I loved him so much, I was not going to abandon myself."

The comedian continued, "I was like, 'I'm not going to change this, I'm not going to change the way that I behave in order to make you feel more comfortable. I'm not doing that.' And I had to walk away from something that I really believed was gonna be a forever relationship, and so that was difficult."

Handler added, "Walking away from him was one of the most difficult things that I ever had to do."

According to People, they have gone their separate ways after just two months of dating. A source told the outlet, "Em is single and totally happy. She will always prioritize her son, but enjoys dating when she has time. She enjoys her independence. She doesn't have plans to see Pete again. She had fun with him, but she realized she didn't want it to become anything else. She likes her life as it is." This comes after the Gone Girl actress was photographed kissing artist Jack Greer in New York City last week. Meanwhile, Davidson has been seen spending time with his Bodies Bodies Bodies costar Chase Sui Wonders.

BILL COSBY IS PLANNING A COMEDY TOUR IN 2023: Disgraced comedian Bill Cosby is planning to tour again in 2023, according to Variety. This comes after he was convicted of sexual assault in 2018 but was subsequently released in 2021, after the conviction was overturned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. "When I come out of this, I feel that I will be able to perform and be the Bill Cosby that my audience knows me to be," Cosby said on the WGH Talk show recently. When asked by host Scott Spears if he would tour in 2023, he said, "Yes. Yes, because there's so much fun to be had in this storytelling that I do."

‘AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER' SURPASSES $1 BILLION GLOBALLY IN FIRST TWO WEEKS: According to The Hollywood Reporter, James Cameron's Avatar: The Way of Water has become the sixth film ever to cross the $1 billion mark globally in its first two weeks. The movie reached this milestone on Tuesday (December 27th), and it is the first to do so since Spider Man: No Way Home in December 2021.

The Shake It Up actress said she didn't get a part once because the director "felt like she was flirting with him" when she was only 10 years old. In response to this, Thorne told Ratajkowski, "What the f--- are you talking about, man? I don't give a f--- what I said. I don't care if I said, 'Eat my p---y right now' — she is 10 years old! Why ever would you think that? Why?"

Thorne added that she revisits this moment "every day." She continued, "I'm trying to find, almost, fault in myself. Like, 'What did you do, Bella? What did you do that made him feel like this?' And every time I'm like, 'Bella, stop it. Even that thought right there is becoming part of the problem. Don't even think that thought.' It does drive me crazy."

Drew Barrymore got candid about her past struggles with alcohol in an interview with People published on Tuesday (December 27th). The Scream actress said drinking helped "numb the pain" after she split from Will Kopelman in 2016.

Barrymore said she "broke" after the pair's "excruciating" breakup. "It just took me down," she said, sharing that alcohol made her feel better. "It was just trying to … feel good — and alcohol totally did that for me."

"The drinking thing for me was a constant, like, ‘You cannot change. You are weak and incapable of doing what's best for you. You keep thinking you will master this thing, and it's getting the better of you,'" she added. The talk show host said she was motivated by her two daughters, Olive and Frankie, to seek therapy and get sober.
