Do You Have Streaming Fatigue?

Have you ever spent so much time at night looking for something to watch, that you eventually gave up and went to bed? If so, you might be suffering from streaming fatigue.

A survey from a few years ago found the average U.S. streaming subscriber spends 110 hours a year just searching for something to watch.

They’re calling it “content overload.” Sure, having tons of options gives us more control . . . but all that deciding and second-guessing takes mental effort. And after a stressful day, nobody wants more work to do.

It’s gotten so bad that 49% of people said they’d consider cancelling a service over unsuccessful searches.
