Four Things to Look Forward to in February

We made it another month. Here are a few things to look forward to in February . . .
1. Big month for sports: The Seahawks and Patriots face off in Super Bowl 60 this Sunday . . . the Daytona 500 and NBA All-Star Game are the 15th . . . and The Winter Olympics get started this Friday and run through the 22nd.
2. On TV: The big “Muppet Show” special is this Wednesday on ABC and Disney+ . . . the new “‘Burbs” show based on the 1989 Tom Hanks movie starts on Peacock this Sunday . . . season 24 of “Family Guy” starts the 15th . . .
. . . the newest Dick Wolf show “CIA” hits CBS the 23rd . . . “The Voice” returns the 23rd . . . “Survivor” Season 50 starts the 25th . . . and the new “Scrubs” reboot premieres on ABC that same night.
3. In theaters: Three big ones hit February 13th: “Crime 101” with Chris Hemsworth, Halle Berry, Barry Keoghan, and Mark Ruffalo . . . “Wuthering Heights” with Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi . . . and the new animated movie “Goat” with Steph Curry, Nick Kroll, Jelly Roll and others, also on the 13th. Then “Scream 7” hits theaters February 27th.
4. And finally, the holidays: The big ones are Valentine’s Day on the 14th . . . Presidents’ Day on the 16th . . . Mardi Gras on the 17th . . . and all of February is Black History Month.
We’ve also got National Pizza Day on the 9th.
And the 22nd is National Margarita Day. (It’s on a Sunday this year, so . . . brunch might get fun.)
