Mckamey Animal Center AND the Humane Society have rescued at least 100 rabbits from a hoarding situation recently; if you can help with a financial donation, or perhaps help foster a few of these animals once they’ve received medical attention, visit HESchatt.org or McKameyAnimalCenter.org

Olympic Gold-Medalist Olivia Reeves will throw out the first pitch, AND will host a photo meet-and-greet with fans, at the Lookouts game on Friday August 30th at AT&T Field, starting at 6pm. Then the entire city is invited to a second celebration on Tuesday September 3rd, with a parade down Vine Street at 5:45, ending at Chamberlain Field.
