The United States Air Force Band is performing at the Hayes Concert Hall at UTC, February 14th at 7:30. The show is free and everybody’s invited. Enjoy patriotic music, Broadway tunes, and stories of America’s heritage. That’s on Valentine’s night, at the UTC Hayes Concert Hall – the show will last for about 90 minutes. Your Chattanooga Lookouts are holding a Job Fair, Saturday February 15th at AT&T Field.. It will be from 10 until 1, and they will be holding interviews for lots of positions: ushers, ticket takers, the concession stands, the picnic area, and a lot more. The hiring event with the Lookouts is February 15th at AT&T Field.
In the past couple of years, McKamey Animal Center has used 20,000 pounds of kitty litter; 31,000 cans of dog and cat food; and 102,000 pounds of dry pet food, for the 4,000 animals who have been housed at the shelter. Drop off a new or gently-used winter coat, any size for kids or adults, and those coats will be given to The Chattanooga Rescue Mission at the end of February. The drop-off location is “Studio 34 Dance Company” at 3214 Brainerd Road. Any size winter coat will help someone experiencing homelessness. That’s 3214 Brainerd Road.
