/- The UTC Football Mocs “Spring Showcase” is April 18th at 1:00. It will be held at Scrappy Moore Field, and it’s free to attend. The Mocs will start their season on the road, at West Georgia, in late August.
/- There are FREE art classes for all ages, twice a week at the Justice Center at Eastgate. Mondays at 10am and Thursdays at 3pm, all materials are provided, and no registration is necessary. Just show up and join the fun. Twice a week at the Justice Center at Eastgate.
/- Chattanooga Roller Derby has its Home Opener, this Saturday the 4th. It’s a double header, with games at 4pm and at 6pm, at Camp Jordan Arena. Tickets will be available at the door.

/-”Taste Chattanooga” is Thursday night April 9th, and tickets are selling fast. The evening benefits the Kidney Foundation, with great food, local music, a silent auction and more. /- TDOT will halt construction on Tennessee highways and interstates, for the long Easter weekend. From Thursday April 2nd at 6PM, until Monday morning April 6th at 6AM, most lanes are expected to be open. This will make it easier to travel over the Easter weekend, and keep in mind a few of the long-term projects may need to continue over the weekend. So slow down when you see TDOT workers!
