/- Our Chattanooga Armed Forces Parade is the longest-running Armed Forces Parade in America! The 77th yearly parade is Friday, May 1st, in downtown Chattanooga. It begins at 10:30am on Market Street at MLK, and will proceed up to the Aquarium. The Coast Guard will be honored during the parade this year, and you’re invited to line the streets! Veterans groups, schools, music bands, and so many other organizations will be represented. Friday May 1st, downtown.

/- The “RAM” program, which stands for Remote Area Medical, offers free medical, dental, AND vision clinics. There are a few of these FREE clinics in Tennessee, in June, and you’re invited to sign up now, as a volunteer. The clinics are always first come-first served, and the lines begin to form a day or two before the clinics open. Volunteers will be helping with everything from assisting the doctors, to finding parking places for all of those in need. If you’d like to donate your time, visit RAMusa.org, and click “volunteer”, and choose your city and the day you can help out. That’s RAMusa.org
