1/- Ruby Falls has just been voted the #1 “Best Cave Adventure In America”, in the Newsweek Magazine “Reader’s Choice Contest”. Ruby Falls is home to the tallest underground waterfall in America that is open to the public, and it’s on the National Register of Historic Places. AND it’s now the #1 Best Cave Adventure in America.

2/- The “Keep Soddy Daisy Beautiful” pick-up trash event is April 21st through the 27th, and prizes will be awarded to those who pick up the most litter. Last year, 611 bags of trash and 106 tires were collected. Register today to help out during the week of the 21st, at KSDB.cc (that stands for Keep Soddy Daisy Beautiful). Again that’s KSDB.cc

3/- “Free Family Night” at the Creative Discovery Museum is this Thursday night, April 10th, at 5:30pm. The kids can explore the entire Museum, after hours, and there is no charge. It’s free but registration is REQUIRED, so visit online CDMfun.org That’s CDMfun.org and click “Events”

4/- The Chattanooga Autism Walk is Saturday April 12th in Coolidge Park. Support the Autistic Community AND raise money for the Chattanooga Autism Center, as they provide important resources. Their goal this year is $100,000!! Register now on their website, ChattanoogaAutismCenter.org

5/- Don’t miss “Hug-A-Bunny” at the Chattanooga Zoo, April 18th and 19th. It’s a family event where you can pet the rabbits, have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny, and enjoy lots of candy too. Tickets are only available online at ChattZoo.org, and click “Tickets”.

6/- The annual “Sip Tennessee Wine Festival” is April 19th at the First Horizon Pavilion. Samplings from MANY local wineries in Tennessee will be available from noon til 4 that day, and proceeds stay locally to benefit non-profits and area wineries.
