1/- The Chattanooga Roller Derby is back home on Saturday June 7th, at Camp Jordan Arena. The action starts at 3:00 and goes until 8pm, for one low price. They take on Greenville, Saturday June 7th.

2/- Animal lovers, don’t miss the “Paw Palooza” for McKamey Animal Center, Saturday June 7th in Coolidge Park. From 10 until 4 that day, you can adopt a doggie, enjoy pet games, shop, eat, AND make a donation. McKamey is at capacity, and they always appreciate your help. 3/- Make-A-Wish of East Tennessee says thank you for every wish that you have helped with, over the past few years. One wish was for “Ty”, who was undergoing treatment in Dandridge, Tennessee.. Ty wished for a video game system so he could donate it to a local hospital, so that OTHER kids could play video games while THEY were getting stronger as well. And his wish was granted! 4/- Lula Lake will be open to the public this Saturday and Sunday, May 31st and June 1st, from 9am til 5pm. It’s the monthly weekend where you can explore 8 miles of trails, and a 110-foot waterfall. Admission is $16 per car, and guided hikes are $40, at 5000 Lula Lake Road. Visit LulaLake.org and click “Events” for more details.

5/- The “Walnut Street Bridge Festival” is this Sunday June 1st, but because the Bridge is under construction, the activities will be held in Coolidge Park instead. From 10 until 4 this Sunday, enjoy games, family activities, pony rides, live music, food trucks and more. Free admission, UNDER the Walnut Street Bridge, this Sunday June 1st, in The Park.

6/- The City of East Ridge is holding a Blood Drive, this Saturday May 31st, from 10 until 2, at the Ballfields, At Camp Jordan Parkway. Drink lots of water, bring your ID, and donate blood Saturday at Camp Jordan in East Ridge.
