The Catoosa County “Toy Run” will be Sunday, Dec. 3rd. Meet by 2:00 at the old Big Lots in Fort Oglethorpe, and strap a new, unwrapped toy to your motorcycle. You’ll turn in that toy when the ride ends at Ringgold High School. Sunday, Dec. 3rd

Don’t miss “Dink For A Cure”, to benefit the American Cancer Society. It’s a Pickleball Tournament, November 17th and 18th at First Horizon Pavilion. The “Higher Calling Youth Wrestling Club” in Cleveland gives young wrestlers in grades K-8 the chance to learn about wrestling, through competition. The Chattanooga Rescue Mission will serve a special lunch, to the homeless, on Thanksgiving Day from 11am until 1pm. A meal and a small gift bag will be given to those most affected by homelessness, and the community is welcome to help out. You can also make a contribution, by Thanksgiving Day, at the Rescue Mission, 1512 South Holtzclaw.

TDOT is sponsoring “No Trash November”, hoping to keep Tennessee highways clean and litter-free.
