Wet Nose Wednesday

Hi there, I’m Nina. I am an A+ snuggler, and I will gently put my head in your lap and ask for pets when I say hello. I’m six years old, love taking leisurely evening strolls, curling up on the couch for snuggles and TV time, and I am very sweet. My fur is really soft, and I’ve been told I have the cutest doggy smile. I am a fast learner and love treats, but I think chicken and pupperoni are the best so far. When I got here, they did some tests to get to know me. I did great! I passed almost everything with flying colors. It turns out I might be best as an only dog, but I could just be really picky about my dog friends. Right now, I am heartworm positive, but the shelter will give me all the medicine I need to get better. My new family will need to bring me back to the shelter for my treatments, and I’ll need a little TLC while I’m getting better, but mostly I will need to stay calm and not get too excited while I’m healing. You won’t have to pay for my treatment! They’ll tell you everything I need when you meet me. I hope to see you soon, ask for Nina!

Hi! My name is Dinah, and I’m just about to celebrate my first birthday. My birthday wish is to be in my forever home, snuggling with my new family, and getting birthday treats. You could totally make my wish come true by coming to the shelter and adopting me! I am a very pretty orange and white tabby, and I have some very soft fur. I am a little shy about meeting new people, but I really am a sweetheart. I like being petted gently and I will nudge you with my nose when I want more attention. I am an expert biscuit maker when I am happy and have an adorably soft purr. Right now I live with a couple of other kitties in the roaming room, so I may do well in a home with other cats.
