After a 10 month engagement, Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun have broken up. The two musicians first met when introduced by Machine Gun Kelly. They recorded the song, "Flames," for Mod Sun's album, Internet Killed the Rockstar.

Daft Punk will mark the 10th anniversary of Random Access Memories by releasing an expanded edition of the album. It features 35 minutes of unheard music including nine previously unreleased tracks, demos, sketches, and other rarities. The set will be available in a variety of formats beginning on May 12th.

Gavin Rossdale Is Being Sued By Bush's Original Drummer

Gavin Rossdale is being sued by Bush's original drummer Robin Goodridge. The former bandmember claims he was kicked out of the group abruptly and without cause.

Blast reports that Goodridge agreed to join Rossdale for Bush's 25th anniversary tour in 2019 but was booted from the band before its first stop. According to the drummer's lawsuit, Rossdale refused to pay him for any of the tour's profits and violated Bush's trademark agreement.

In addition to damages, Goodridge is seeking a permanent injunction enjoining Rossdale and Bush, Inc. from using the trademark Bush.

The band's original lineup, Rossdale, Goodridge, guitarist Nigel Pulsford and bassist Dave Parsons parted ways in 2001, but according to the court filing, each founding member maintains 25% of the registered trademark "Bush."

Florence Welch's Great Gatsby Adaptation Is Broadway Bound

Florence Welch's Broadway-bound musical adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic The Great Gatsby is ready to make its theatrical stage debut next year.

Consequence reports that Gatsby, the musical will premiere at American Repertory Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2024.

Joe Perry To Embark On Solo Tour This Spring

Aerosmith's Joe Perry is taking his solo project on the road.

The guitarist announced Wednesday (February 22nd) that The Joe Perry Project will play a handful of gigs in North America this April, starting in Mashantucket, CT on April 15th and concluding in Los Angeles, CA on April 16th.

Tickets go on sale Friday (February 24th).

Shawn Mendes Explains Canceled Tour and Shaved Head

Shawn Mendes recently told The Wall Street Journal that he thinks "everyone should know what they look like with a shaved head."

The "When You're Gone" singer further explained his newly buzzed hair by saying, "I also was just feeling this urge to just shake myself up a little bit."

Mendes also opened up about his mental health struggles after calling off his world tour in July.

He told the outlet, "It's been a lot of work, but I think the last year and a half has been the most eye-opening and growing and beautiful and just healing process of my life. I'm also really grateful for all the people that were so accepting and loving and kind and understanding.

The Weeknd And Ariana Grande Tease 'Die For You' Remix

The Weeknd and Ariana Grande took to social media to tease a remix of the 2016 hit "Die For You."

Grande revealed that she worked on the song after a long day of filming Wicked in the caption of a TikTok posted Tuesday (February 21st). She explained, "Wrote and recorded a verse for my friend after a 14 hour day on set. This certain exception had to be made…."

The Weeknd reposted the video to Instagram, simply captioning the post with a smiling teary-eyed emoji.

A release date for the track has not yet been revealed.

BTS Roundup: Jimin + RM!

Jimin revealed on WeVerse Tuesday (February 21st) that his forthcoming album will be called FACE. The K-pop star's first solo effort will drop on March 24th.

RM just dropped the music video for "Closer." The BTS rapper wrote on Instagram Tuesday, "We mixed some lo-fi arrangement to go with the video. It's an honor to be part of a movie I love." The visual included scenes from the 2022 romantic mystery film Decision to Leave, featuring actors Tang Wei and Park Hae-il.

Graham Nash To Release New Album In May

This spring, Graham Nash is releasing a new album titled Now.

Through a press release the 81-year-old commented, "I believe that my new album is the most personal one I have ever made. At this point in my life, that's something to say."

The first song from the collection, "Right Now," was released on Tuesday (2 -21).

The first leg of Nash's spring U.S. Tour kicks off April 12, in Phoenixville, PA and wraps May 17, in New York City. The second leg, beginning in June, will consist of rescheduled West Coast concerts. Several shows are already sold out.

Commemorating the six decades since his first release with the Hollies, he's calling it Sixty Years of Songs and Stories.

Nash released a live recording last year, but this will mark his first studio album in seven years.

Now, will be out on May 19.

Guns N' Roses Announce Massive World Tour

On Tuesday, February 21, Guns N' Roses announced an extensive world tour that includes 37 dates across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

The global trek is slated to kick off on June 5 in Tel Aviv, Israel and they'll be in North America in August with shows scheduled in Boston, Chicago, Nashville, Toronto, St. Louis, Houston, San Diego, Phoenix and several other cities.

The Axl Rose-led group will wrap October 16, in Vancouver.

Deep Purple Bassist Glenn Hughes To Tour For Band's Anniversary

Former Deep Purple bassist and singer, Glenn Hughes is set to tour the UK to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the band's 1974 album, Burn.

The 11 show U.K. run, will kick off on October 10 in Holmfirth, England and conclude at the end of that month in Manchester.

His reason for the tour now is because the album was written 50 years ago, in the summer of 1973 at Clearwell Castle in the Forest of Dean Gloucestershire and was recorded in October in Montreux, Switzerland.

Hughes said "We all became one, in this centuries-old castle in the UK countryside. It felt like a new band, with David Coverdale and I as new members, we couldn't wait to start working on new songs."

Adding another bit of historic trivia, he recalled that all of the songs on Burn were written in the crypt/dungeon, underneath the great hall.

He said the surroundings were amazing and the "atmosphere was electric."

He remembers it like it was yesterday and noted, "Musically we would play and work out ideas, and David and I would come up with vocal melodies that would later have lyrics."

The band for the tour, will feature guitarist Soren Andersen – who also played on Hughes' 2019 Classic Deep Purple Live tour. The other two band members are drummer, Ash Sheehan and keyboardist, Bob Fridzema.

Trespasser Caught On Camera Roaming John Mayer's Property

A trespasser was caught on camera roaming around John Mayer's Los Angeles area home last month.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ Monday (February 20th) that the suspicious person got out of the camera's range and just disappeared.

According to the outlet, police searched on foot and by helicopter but were unable to find anyone. However, authorities did not enter the singer's home because his personal security said there was no indication that the trespasser ever made it inside.

Mayer was not home at the time of the incident.

Chris Stapleton And Pink Reunite For Duet

Chris Stapleton is featured on Pink's new release, "Just Say I'm Sorry." The heart-wrenching love song finds the two Grammy winning vocalist, pleading with each other to put their pride aside and live up to their mistakes. Both are listed as co-writers.

The song was posted on YouTube, but was audio only. The duet is from Pink's new album, Trustfall.

ADELE AND ED SHEERAN SNUB THE KING: Adele and Ed Sheeran will not be performing at King Charles' coronation. OK! reports that the King of England specifically wanted the duo to perform at the concert, which is scheduled for May 7th, the day after he will be sworn in to replace the late Queen Elizabeth III. Sheeran will be unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts, but Adele did not offer an explanation.

Paul Rudd recently told Rolling Stone about an encounter with Neil Diamond during his DJ days.

The Ant-Man star said that he was performing at a woman's 40th birthday party, at which the "Sweet Caroline" singer was a guest. Diamond and the woman danced to his hit "September Morn" and then Rudd went around to each table to see how everyone was doing.

The actor recalled, "Neil Diamond was sitting by himself at this table and I said, 'Hello, Mr. Diamond, are you having fun tonight?' And he said, 'I am.' And then I asked him very seriously, 'That's good. But more importantly, are you Wanging Chung tonight?'

"And he looked at me, and he was even more serious, and he said, 'Well, I try and Wang Chung every night.'"

Halsey will release a solo version of the Post Malone collaboration, "Die For Me" on Friday (February 24th).

The singer announced on social media Friday (February 17th), "Some of you guys know there's a demo of "Die For Me" with just me on it. I performed my verse on the tour all summer long & since so many people have asked for it, I decided to put my full version out as "Die 4 Me" on 2/24."

Pink reignited rumors of a feud between herself and Christina Aguilera during a recent interview with Buzzfeed UK.

After ranking the music video for "Lady Marmalade" in last place on her list of favorite music videos, the singer explained, "It wasn't very fun to make; I'm all about fun and it was a lot of fuss. There were some ~personalities~ … Lil' Kim and Maya were nice."

When social media accused Pink of "shading" the "Beautiful" singer, she tweeted, "Y'all are nuts. Xtina had shit to do with who was on that song.If you don't know by now- I'm not "shading" someone by telling it over and over and over what actually happened."

Def Leppard And Motley Crue Joke About Renting Plane Together

Def Leppard and Motley Crue are on the road together again. This time they decided to all travel in the same rented plane, but couldn't agree on who would get their name first on the side of the aircraft.

So, in a video posted online, the bandmembers all gathered to make the decision. As they all joked around, Joe Elliot flipped the coin and it landed in favor of Def Leppard. The Crue's Tommy Lee picked it up and said… "Didn't you say the best of three, right?" They all laughed when told that top billing had to pay more.

At one point they joked about naming the plane… Def Crue. One thing for sure, the two super groups are having a great time hanging out together.

The former One Direction singer told the Daily Star, "There was a night we went into the studio and wrote a couple of songs. They clearly weren't good enough because we would have heard them by now. He added, "One of them was actually decent to be fair. But you get one go at a collab and until we both absolutely adore it and spend more time in the studio, there's not much point in releasing it I don't think."
