On Monday (October 17th), Ezra Miller pleaded not guilty to burglary and petit larceny charges in Vermont. The Flash actor faces up to 26 years in prison if convicted of both charges.

Miller allegedly broke into a private home in Stamford, Vermont, on May 1st and stole several bottles of alcohol while the homeowners were away. Vermont State Police charged Miller after collecting statements and reviewing surveillance footage.

The Fantastic Beasts actor has been embroiled in controversy since a video was released in 2020 showing them choking a woman at a bar in Iceland. In August of this year, they apologized in a statement and said they were "suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment."

Drew Barrymore is opening up about her love life. In a blog post published on Sunday (October 16th), the Never Been Kissed actress shared that she has "not been able to have an intimate relationship" since her divorce from Will Kopelman in 2016.

Barrymore and Kopelman share two daughters together, Olive and Frankie. Barrymore wrote that she is more "cautious" when it comes to relationships because of her daughters, highlighting that she wants them to be "empowered and to love themselves."

"I am just in a completely different place in my life and maybe in the near future I will get into a relationship… but it simply hasn't been my priority," she wrote. "So I'm not a person who needs sex and has to go out there and engage with people on that level."

The Scream actress added that she has "finally come to the epiphany that love and sex are simply not the same thing." All of this comes after Barrymore said on her show that she can go "years" without sex.

Wendy Williams might be getting into the restaurant business after her long-running talk show went off the air earlier this year. Good Day New York co-host Rosanna Scotto told Page Six that Williams might be opening her own restaurant.

Scotto has run Fresco by Scotto in New York City since 1993. "She loves the meatballs at Fresco," Scotto told Page Six. "And the last time I talked to her she's like, ‘OK, Rosanna, I am coming to Fresco and I want the meatballs and then you're going to help me open up my own restaurant.' And I'm like, ‘What, sister, you wanna take my people away to your restaurant?"

Scotto joked, "I don't know if she wants me to waitress or what, but she did tell me she wants to open her own restaurant and she wants me to help… If there is a restaurant from Wendy, it will be big competition but I love her."

SOLANGE KNOWLES LIKES TWEET SAYING BILL MURRAY PUT BOTH OF HIS HANDS IN HER HAIR: The allegations against Bill Murray continue to surface. On Sunday (October 16th), TV writer and producer Judnick Mayard wrote on Twitter, "your yearly reminder that i saw Bill Murray put both his hands into Solange's scalp after asking her three times if her hair was a wig or not." Mayard posted a follow-up tweet clarifying that Knowles' song "Don't Touch My Hair" was not written about the Groundhog Day actor. "since the tweet is going around just wanna clear it up: Don't Touch My Hair is not about Bill Murray. She had just finished performing that song on SNL when he did it. that's the audacity of whiteness," Mayard wrote. According to Entertainment Tonight, Knowles seems to have confirmed the accusation by liking Mayard's tweet.

KEKE PALMER COMMENTS ON JOINING THE CAST OF ‘SISTER ACT 3:' According to Entertainment Tonight, Keke Palmer is on board to join Sister Act 3. Robbie Coltrane, the Scottish actor who played Hagrid in the Harry Potter series, died on Friday (October 14th) at the age of 72. Coltrane's agent, Belinda Wright, said in a statement, "As well as being a wonderful actor, he was forensically intelligent and brilliantly witty, and after 40 years of being proud to be to called his agent, I shall miss him."

Along with Harry Potter, Coltrane starred in two James Bond films: GoldenEye and The World Is Not Enough. He also won three consecutive BAFTA best television actor awards for his work in the British series Cracker.

Many stars from the Harry Potter franchise took to social media to honor the late actor, including J.K. Rowling, Emma Watson, and Rupert Grint.

Daniel Radcliffe said in a statement, "Robbie was one of the funniest people I've met and used to keep us laughing constantly as kids on the set. On a recent episode of the Good Mythical Morning YouTube show, Austin Powers actor Seth Green shared a shocking story about his experience with Bill Murray when the Groundhog Day actor was hosting Saturday Night Live.

"When I was nine years old," Green said, "I did a spot on ‘Saturday Night Live' when Mary Gross was one of the on-the-scene anchor people for the news, and she did a whole thing about what kids think about the Christmas holiday." The Buffy the Vampire Slayer actor said he was watching TV backstage when Murray approached him.

"Murray saw me sitting on the arm of this chair and made a big fuss about me being in his seat," Green said. "And I was like, ‘That is absurd. I am sitting on the arm of this couch. There are several lengths of this sofa. Kindly eff off.' And he was like, ‘That's my chair.'"

While Green's mom suggested he should move, Green resisted. "Are you this much of a jerk? This rude to tell a nine year old to get out of your chair. What is this power play?" he said.

The Robot Chicken co-creator continued, "He picked me up by my ankles, held me upside down…He dangled me over a trash can and he was like, ‘The trash goes in the trash can.' And I was screaming, and I swung my arms, flailed wildly, full contact with his balls. He dropped me in the trash can, the trash can falls over. I was horrified. I ran away, hid under the table in my dressing room and just cried."

This news comes shortly after Geena Davis wrote about the bad experience she had with Murray on the set of Quick Change, and after filming was halted on the set of Being Mortal due to Murray's inappropriate behavior on set.

Halloween Ends topped the box office over the weekend, but according to Deadline, the film fell short of its expected $50 to 55 million, pulling in just $41.2 million. Some speculate that this is due to the film's simultaneous release on Peacock. Meanwhile, NBCUniversal said Halloween Ends has become the most-watched series or film on the streaming platform over a two-day period.

Sydney Sweeney is setting the record straight about the comments she made in July about not being able to take a six-month break from work.

Anthony Rapp became emotional while taking the stand in Manhattan federal court Wednesday (October 12th).

The Star Trek: Discovery actor teared up when he revealed that he came forward about his 30-year-old encounter with Kevin Spacey because he knew he wasn't alone.

Rapp testified, "I came forward because I knew I was not the only one who Kevin Spacey made inappropriate sexual advances to."

WILLIE SPENCE DEAD AT AGE 23: American Idol finalist Willie Spence died Tuesday (October 11th) in a vehicle crash in Tennessee. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 23-year-old hit the rear of a tractor-trailer that was stopped on Interstate 24 East near Chattanooga. Spence, who was from Georgia, finished in second place on Season 19 of the singing competition show.

'GLEE' DOCUSERIES TO STREAM ON DISCOVERY+ AND ID: Deadline reports that a three-part docuseries detailing the scandals behind Glee is coming to Discovery+ and ID. According to the report, the series will have access to "key cast and crew members," who will share firsthand knowledge of what really happened behind the scenes.

TMZ reports that as Cardi B was celebrating her 30^th birthday party, actor/comedian Jamie Foxx showed up, but was turned away at the door.

Foxx brought along about 5 friends and the guard would not allow him to enter the party. As Foxx walked away, the door guard came running out to the street, asking him to come back. Foxx told him , "It's all good. I love you, but it was all too much." He then stepped back into his white Rolls-Royce and left.

According to a photo agency, Foxx was initially turned away because he had too many guests with him.

More details have emerged regarding Bill Murray's "inappropriate" behavior on the set of Being Mortal, which led to the film halting production in April. A new report shows that Murray paid $100,000 to settle a complaint by a younger female production assistant on set.

The report states that Murray allegedly straddled and kissed the staffer while they were in "close proximity" to a bed on the set. The kiss occurred through masks, due to COVID protocol at the time. Murray claimed he was being "jestful," but the "much younger" staffer said it was "entirely sexual" and that she was "horrified."

The unidentified woman filed an official complaint following the incident, as did another staffer who witnessed it. Searchlight Pictures paused production as a result.

Later in April, Murray admitted to CNBC, "I did something I thought was funny and it wasn't taken that way. The movie studio wanted to do the right thing so they wanted to check it all out, investigate it and so they stopped the production."

This news comes as Geena Davis revealed in her new memoir Dying of Politeness that she had a "bad" experience with Murray on the set of Quick Change. According to Vanity Fair, when Davis first met Murray at a hotel prior to filming, he insisted she lie on a bed and try a massage device called "the Thumper," despite her repeatedly saying no.

Kanye West's episode on The Shop won't be airing as the interview with Ye has been pulled by the show's co-host.

According to Andscape, Maverick Carter, the SpringHill Company CEO and LeBron James' co-host of the show, released a statement, saying, "Yesterday we taped an episode of The Shop with Kanye West. Kanye was booked weeks ago and, after talking to Kanye directly the day before we taped, I believed he was capable of a respectful discussion and he was ready to address all his recent comments. Unfortunately, he used The Shop to reiterate more hate speech and extremely dangerous stereotypes."

The statement continued, "We have made the decision not to air this episode or any of Kanye's remarks. While The Shop embraces thoughtful discourse and differing opinions, we have zero tolerance for hate speech of any kind and will never allow our channels to be used to promote hate. I take full responsibility for believing Kanye wanted a different conversation and apologize to our guests and crew. Hate speech should never have an audience."

It's worth noting that LeBron wasn't at the taping for the episode.

KANYE INVITED TO HOLOCAUST MUSEUM

In other news, following Kanye's anti-semitic comments, he has been invited to The Holocaust Museum in L.A.

According to Page Six, the museum wrote in a statement, "Words matter and words have consequences Ye. We urge you to come visit us at Holocaust Museum LA to understand just how words can incite horrific violence and genocides."

The museum added, "The Holocaust started with only words that sadly begat stereotypes, racial and religious tropes and blaming others and led to the murder of six million Jews. At Holocaust Museum LA it is our mission to commemorate those who were murdered, educate on the Holocaust and all genocides including the genocide perpetrated against the Armenian People (of which your children would be included), and inspire a more dignified and humane world."

The museum went on to extend Ye an invite, saying, "Your words reach millions and you can choose to incite or you can choose to inspire. We are located at 100 The Grove Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90036 and welcome you any time."
